Today my Wife and I came into Mattress Warehouse from the time we walk in Ms.Lucy was very polite and helpful. She asked what we were looking for and gave us a great selection of different mattresses. We were able to pick just the right one!

Ms. Lucy was such a joy to work with in the purchase of our new mattress. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in her sales pitch and area of expertise. Had a bad experience today with an older lady telling what I can and cannot afford. Extra things I need to tack on for my toddlers sake. Very condescending! I didn’t even get to sit on a mattress!! Very unimpressed and turned off. I know she did this because I was young because she said i looked younger than what I was.

My dad and I visited Mattress Warehouse in Clinton today and there we meet Lucy Thompson. She provided such excellent service at the start of hello. Her professionalism and experience guided us to make the best decision for my dad. I never had that much fun purchasing a mattress. Thank you Ms. Lucy.

Lucy at the Clinton, MD store, was very patient and understanding. While our intention was just to purchase a mattress, we purchased an adjustable base too, based on her recommendation. Unfortunately, we had some trouble with Mattress Warehouse getting the delivery address correct. After many attempts, we were able to get it straight on delivery day, and the delivery workers were great.
