The first time I went there, the tech cut one of my toes. I understand it could happen, so I decided to try a second time with a different tech. This other tech left my nails very uneven and different shapes. Tech also put on the wrong color on my fingers. I mentioned that I thought it was wrong. I asked for a pale pink with sparkles and this one was neon orange. Tech gas lit me and said it sometimes look different at first application, and then said the dip may be slightly different shade than the gel (which was on my toes). It wasn't until I held up my toes and compared the two colors did he check and see yes he did apply the wrong color. He had to remove the dip and reapply.

i wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy. i booked with may and was early to my appointment. i was fine waiting but instead they sat me with someone else that did both of my services. andy just piled acrylic onto my nails and barely shaped them. he was rushing the entire time and couldn’t manage the simple flower design i had asked for. when i called to complain i was met with “come back and we’ll fix it”. i live about 45 minutes away so i was not moving around my schedule to come back. please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.
Requested style: I wanted french nails with two flower designs on each hand.

Vi did an amazing job on my nails. I would give her ten stars!!! However, my pedicure I was not impressed yes I received the sugar scrub, the hot towels, the callus removal, however the shaping was horrible and the nail polishing was not good at all. I would definitely come back for my nails!!! My pedicure not to sure maybe a different person.

Great service but watch out for the roaches. I wouldn't recommend Cece because she doesn't listen to the client. Jenny is the best ?

My nails looked good. But I wanted some designs to celebrate my BIG birthday. I was told that they could only do it on gel nails. Never heard of that! Eill get my art work at another shop

I usually come here but never again.
I came in and waited 35 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t the issue, the issue was to soak off the nails was an additional 34 minutes so I spent over an hour when nothing done but a soak off, which doesn’t take 34 minutes. If the wait was going to be a hour plus they should’ve started with that. The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had.
