They did fix my Lexus truck’s driver seat booster was ok I give them that but he tried to fix the door panel chips on leather with some kind of paint was like 3-4 tones different. He didn’t even try to fill the chips. Now I have to go ahead and get new door panel. Thanks for that

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS. I requested to have my seat frame repaired and some upholstery siding for the interior of my car and requested the seat leather to be replaced. The owner was very unprofessional, they replaced my driver's side siding with a darker interior siding which didn't match the lining of the original color in the car. They claimed they repaired the frame of the seat on the driver's side and a day later the frame came apart and to add insult to the job, they never replaced the leather on my seat only telling me the seats didn't need replacing (Who does that). This place is a joke, and I'm warning you not to waste your time. I'm not sure how they received these other 5 star ratings, but it must be their friends and associates leaving reviews. I write reviews all the time, and by far, this is the worst Sanford and Son business I've encountered in a long time( actually, Sanford and Son was deliberate). This business is just the WORST EVER!!!! ....DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU????

I was going to use another business in Virginia prior to finding this one on Yelp. Made the call last week Thursday and spoke to Mr Mosely himself, who answered. African American gentleman and Steelers fan, (unfortunately lol). Very friendly and customer experience focused having been in business at this same location since 1985. Gave him the basics of what I was looking to do on my X5 and he gave me a preliminary price of $650 to redo the entire headliner A&B pillars within the upholstery of the vehicle. Invited me down for him to take a look at it so we could finalize things - which I did. That was on Thursday - 11/11. I was pleased that his price didn't change even though he also had to do the sunroof (which I mentioned over the phone). He told me to bring it in in one week which was yesterday (Thursday -11/18) morning and I'm here now on Friday afternoon (11/19) waiting as they button up the project and reinstall my sunroof. Anyone else would have charged me at least $200-$400 more and one place that I know of (that I used for another vehicle) would have charged me about $1,500 for the same work - and taken several days. Not only is Mr Mosely skilled having been doing car upholstery for many decades, but he's also FAST. It's him and his assistant Henry, and one other gentleman that I saw. The interior of my truck looks better than brand new with an exact color match to the sun visors and I'm more than thrilled that it didn't cost me an arm and three fingers to get the project done. Payment = cash or check only. No credit cards accepted. Good business. Fast turnaround. Terrific price. No more saggy/discolored interior. Who could ask for more? I'm over the moon with joy!

I had the displeasure of visiting Mosley's Auto Upholstery to get estimate for some stitching work on one of my car's seat and I must say the owner is very rude. The quality of his work may be good, but he sure knows how to talk is himself out of a potential customer. If expecting a certain level of customer service and professionalism is asking too much, than I know how to take my money where is appreciated. I would give him a negative star if I could.
