Was greeted as a valuable customer, and after asking what was the problem with my vehicle it was taken into the bay in a timely manner.
After it was fixed that showed me the part that was causing the problem.
I am happy with my experience with Mr. Tire and I trust them to service my vehicle with honesty. I always go there.

I went in on 12/6 for an oil change and to get my TPMS sensor replaced. They scan and said only 1 sensor was bad. On 12/8 my light is back on. I contact the shop and was told to return and they will scan again and check tire pressure.

Ordered and scheduled a tire to be replaced. Get there and they say they don’t have it in stock. Ridiculous.

I bought four new tires here about two years ago, and I remembered they came with certain warranties. When I called to check, the team quickly confirmed it for me. Before heading out on a 900-mile road trip, I stopped by for a tire inspection. They checked everything, topped off the air, balanced the tires, and gave me the green light for the journey. That peace of mind was priceless. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect the entire time.

I arrived at 330 and the Safety Inspector was scheduled to leave. I drove from VA and he kindly stayed late and completed the inspection so I could get car registered and licensed for my appt next morning. Thank you.

Ok so when you schedule an appointment its only to hold yout spot which i didnt know. My appointment time was at 1030 however I didnt leave the location until 4. The requested service were 4 new tires and an alignment. They should inform you to leave your car, which i would've done instead of waiting.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I was treated unprofessionally. Upon arrival for my 7:30 AM online reservation, the front desk attendant rudely informed me that appointments were not handled at that time, resulting in my being overlooked twice. When I requested his name, he refused to provide it, stating it was unnecessary. I felt discriminated against and will not be returning to this establishment.

I would not recommend this establishment. I brought my car in on Saturday for an oil change and to have my parking lights replaced. I mentioned the parking light replacement to the front desk guy. He asked me which one was out and I informed him that I was not sure which one but could he have the mechanics check because both were flickering. He said ok. Then after about 2 hours he called me to the front to pick up my vehicle. To my surprise when asking him if my parking light had been replaced, he told me that I didn’t mention it. I was confused as to what he meant because how could I have not mention it if you asked me which one should be replaced? Even after that confusing encounter, I got to my car and it still told me that I needed an oil change. This makes me think that they may have not done the oil change correctly. With all of this In mind, I suggest you looking elsewhere if you want quality service and save yourself the time and frustration.
