I'm beyond insulted. It’s June, and your shelves are still stocked with dead, dried-out super worms from March. I needed a smaller quantity, but the only live option was an excessive 50ct—undated, of course. When I asked manager Robin for help, she coldly said no because it would “mess up inventory.” As if selling expired, useless product doesn’t already do that. She showed zero care, zero concern, and absolutely no professionalism. If this is who you trust to run your store, it shows. The only reason this place even gets a star is thanks to Nikki, the cashier, who was kind and actually tried to help. You seriously need to reconsider who’s in charge.

I bought two bags of Blue Buffalo dog food that were on sale. When I opened the first one, it was filled with mold and the 2nd bag had bugs inside. I immediately threw them in the garbage and went to Petco for a refund. I was told that I had to bring the bags of food as proof of purchase even though I had the receipt. Why would I want to keep bags with mold and bugs in my home or car?! I contacted their corporate office and was told the district manager would contact me. That was a month ago. Needless to say I no longer spend my money there. If I could, I would give zero stars.

They had everything that I needed for my pups. I haven't been to this location in about 2 years, so it was nice to visit there again.

Drove out for a Vetco appointment. Arrived on time but Clinic has no signage or indication of where to go. Staff sent me to back of store to find Clinic. Took me 10 minutes to find staff who watched me wandering around and heard me asking. Then was refused my appointment because I was late. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Great selection and good prices! This place has a Vetco Mobile Unit and offers really affordable vaccines. I paid about $200 for 2 total trips that covered all vaccines for our dog. They were very accommodating as we have a reactive dog. The dog food selection is top notch! They also have a few of the harder to find animals like cockatiels. It's worth the trip from DC

One of the nicest and friendliest employees!
Store is filled or either being restocked so there’s never a doubt you’ll find what you need. I have 2 cats and 1 dog and i always get their essentials from petco. I recommend downloading the petco app!

The cashier can’t count and wanted to override what the cash register computed for my refund. I had a $4.99 credit, I purchased an item for $11.99 which I would owe $7.42 with all the taxes. She was trying to refund me $7.42. Ridiculous! 1+1=2
