I went in to cash a check drawn on PNC Bank but have no account there. They charge a fee to cash a check that their customer wrote. I was charged a different amount at this Bank for the exact same amount check from a week ago that I cashed in Different location.

No acknowledgement from person sitting at desk upon entry, which was ok as he was on the phone. Even when he got off , no acknowledgement. I was greeting by a young lady who called me back then told me the system just went down despite her just helping someone and multiple people being helped by the tellers. Her suggestion was to come back in a couple of days, not later today. No worries, I will not be presenting back as it felt like a bad choice. Also no goodbye from anyone despite them saying it to everyone else. To think this is the location I opened my account at almost 20 years ago and will be closing my account. Customer service should apply to everyone.

Scheduled multiple appointments to open a biz bank account. Branch relationship manager was never there each time and never reached out despite me leaving my documents and contact info. It's been over 8 weeks now

I like PNC but they have closed many branches AND the in-store branches in Giant. Not always convenient.

I don't like any thing about this location. Half time the ATM don't work plus I get sick of seeing a mouse Trap at the ATM

Horrible. I've been a customer for over 8 years.They denied me service for no reason when I showed them valid information that multiple other branches accepted. Two clerks working on JAN 3rd around 3pm also had a major attitude and highly unprofessional. They should not be treating people that way and will never recommend this branch to anyone.

I want to send a shout out to Elsie Harrison for all the hard work she has done for me and my banking needs. And I'm mad because they are now closed on the weekends and it was a convience for me to go to that location. It was close to home and made it easier for me to do transaction at that location. I plead that they reopen that location for it helps with my business needs. And again thank you Elsie Harrison for all you do for me.

I always enjoy visiting this bank branch. The entire staff is always courteous, professional and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I also would like to commend Anthony the branch manager who is so very personable as well as Bryan who assisted me today. You are truly appreciated. Please continue doing what you do.

Saturdays mornings, like expected are crowded. The parking lot is quite small, You may have to find parking in the Captain Peters parking lot which is right next to PNC bank.
