Great experience. My mercedes ac needed recharging, and my regular company scheduled me 5 days in the future and told me to leave the car. CJ told me to bring it in. He gave me an acceptable quote and after the work was performed, he gave me a 20% discount. I have been telling everyone about the good, friendly service i recieved.

This was the only place that actually repaired my vehicle correctly! Sorry, place in South Carolina charged me for work that was incomplete. Thank you for being an honest mechanic repair shop.

I’m writing this review after taking both of my cars here. It seems like I go in for an oil change and end up paying for a larger issue.. WELL recently I said FINE, charge me whatever it is to make sure my car doesn’t have an issue… They told me and I paid.. once I left my check engine light came on the same light I paid to have not come on… I had to get the engine flushed somewhere else because guess what? They took my money without doing the actual details of the work. I’m giving this place three stars because they are friendly but I don’t care about that when my car in put put down the highway because the engine about to fall out… This is a 2016 car that didn’t have this “issue” prior to coming for an OIL CHANGE…

Not trustworthy. I went in because my AC wouldn't stay cold, they claimed they did a dye test and saw no issues. I take it to another mechanic and he pointed out there was no residue or evidence a dye test was ever done. The AC port was sparkling clean. I took my car here for years, never again. They also quote prices, start speaking Korean and price conveniently goes up.

I recently moved to Maryland and had no idea that Maryland has the strictest state inspection in the country, but the team at Precision Tune Auto Care was super nice and helpful. They were recommended to me by a manager of a Pep Boys and I see why. Excellent and Speedy service by people who care. They helped me take care of everything they could. They are a little bit of a drive from me but I'll make that drive every time I need work done on my car for this level of service. Thanks Precision Tune Auto Care!! ?
