I was so surprised at the level of professionalism I received at this location. At first I made a reservation but on the day to move in I was told that space wasn't available. I called the location and the two ladies there listened to my dilemma and then STARTED TRYING TO SILVE THE PROBLEM! Janese was VERY helpful and I only stayed with Public storage because of how I was helped by these two ladies. Give them a raise and put them in charge of training all other employees.

My rent crept from $158 in Feb 2022 to $427 in Feb 2025. It's a nice facility, it's just way too much for what it is / where it is. And for the rent to triple in under 3 years is a little absurd. I also see similar units on their website for $225-250, at the same location, so I'm just getting gouged. I asked the staff how I could get that website price, and they said I would have to cancel my current unit, and move into one of those different units. That's a massive hassle to have to do that every 2-3 years just to be left at a fair rate. They are going to lose my business. I will use a local storage company that is more respectful about customer retention.
Update Summer 2025:
The building that I'm in that's advertised as air conditioned storage, has puddles of water all of the floor throughout the whole building. Everything in my unit is damp, anything that was cardboard on the floor has disintegrated, and anything that was metal is rusting. This is a persistant issue that happens every year, and the company should really do what is right which is to coat the floor with a moisture proof coating, and to use dehumidification. Also, to access the unit, you have to walk over trench that turns into a mud pit that constantly holds water. It would be very inexpensive to correct this with landscape timber and blue stone. They just do not improve or maintain their property correctly.
