I made an appointment and got off sooner so I walked in instead. They said I would have to keep my initial appointment time which was an hour and a half later. I asked if I could switch to walkin and she said it would be even longer. I said no thanks She said she would remove me. I canceled and went to oxon hill and was seen within 15 minutes just because they showed up to serve. I won't be back.

The staff is always pleasant and efficient. The facility needs serious attention. This facility is in a primarily African American area. There have been no leasehold improvements in the last 10 years. None of your facilities in primarily white areas look this run down.

Went to this location and was pleasantly surprised!!! The whole team was fast, efficient and displayed the most superior customer service!!! Tyeshia( I think that's how she spells it) and the team there today really exude warm yet professional vibes!! I highly recommend this location.

The Quest Dianostic at 9131 Piscatway in Clinton, MD staff member displayed professionalism with the large volume of clients she had to see being the ONLY tech at this location.

Omg horrible experience. The employee in the first chair was super unpleasant. I greeted her Good morning, once she didn't answer me, I repeated it again she answered me reluctantly and. With a bitter and very disgusting attitude. Please!!! Change those disgusting staff. I would even say they are racist. I asked him why he had that attitude and he answered that because I approached the window without being called. What's happening? Is there no freedom to ask questions?

I must say, I had a few hiccups the visit prior but Denise took amazing care of me and my little one upon our return for the 3hr glucose test. We need more people like her in the medical field. She was kind, caring and super efficient. Thank you again!

This was my first visit to Quest lab in some time and the level of service is lacking. You now have one person working and there clearly needs to be at least two people. The lab tech had to register me in, take calls and draw my blood. I’m not sure when the policy was changed but I’m sure the demand for lab work in my area clearly warrants more than one person working there. Also, there is the option to walk-in and it’s just not feasible with the amount of people with appointments on a daily basis. Please staff this facility better as it’s not fair to the people who use Quest lab. Finally the Lab technician I encountered was pleasant and helpful even though she wore many hats.

I made my appointment with quest diagnostics on line. The process was quick and easy. When I arrived for the appointment, the facilities were clean. I checked in and waited less than two minutes to be called. The staff person was professional and kind.

Online scheduling was easy check in was a breeze. In and out approximately 20 minutes. Loved it!

The location comes up on the Quest site for COVID testing for symptomatic individuals. I took the questionnaire scheduled and appt and took time off to come get tested. Walked in and the front desk lady refused me because I had symptoms.

My Phlebotomist, Ms. Shavone , was simply excellent. Her conduct and superb customer service was phenoomenal. Shavone provided service with a smile and she was simply outstanding!
She should be compensated for her positive energy and superior attitude and that contagious smile of hers.
