On Sunday morning September 18th, 2022 at 9:00 AM, I went to Shoppers Food Warehouse to do my food shopping, when we arrived there were no available motorized/handicap shopping carts. The store had five (5), all five were in the store UNPLUGGED and not workingat 9:00 in the morning. My son plugged all of them in so the next customer could gave access and, reported the situation to a young lady behind the Customer Service desk on the inside. Her only comments were "Thank you ". No, I'll report this to management or anything similar. I'm a senior citizen and I'm also handicapped It is a FEDERAL law that stores should be handicapped accessible at all time. This clearly shows that this particular store doesn't care about their senior or handicapped customers. Either the night manager did not do their duties at closing or the opening manager did do theirs (which one was it). I'm going g to report this issue to both their headquarter's corporate office and to the FEDERAL government. (I'm sorry I can't let this one go). I called the store and spoke to a manager named Renee. she apologized and. after taking my name and phone number she asked me that before I do that she will make a report and someone will be calling me to discuss my concerns. We'll I haven't heard from anyone yet!!. I left and spent my money at Safeway. Safeway had ALL their motorized/handicap carts WORKING. Shopper's lost my money and business that day. If they don't handle their Customer service better, I will never spend another dime in that store and, I will notify the TV news, to expose their POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.THIS IS AN ISSUE to all customers. We need change at the Shopper's in Clinton NOW!!!!!! They have no concerns for their customers.

Preordered donuts. Got there and not only were they not ready but they didn't have any glaze. The staff had an attitude and acted as if I was a bother. Probably a good place to go for a quick pick up but beware.

On Wednesday December 23, 2020 I placed an order for 24 cupcakes cake vanilla cake with buttercream icing for $28.99. Angie took my order and I took a picture of my order form. Sunday December 27, 2020 someone else picked up my order for me. Once the person brought the order to me, that's when I noticed my order was wrong. I received 1/4 sheet vanilla cake with buttercream icing for $28.99. I called customer service at 7:45pm and talked to a very rude person that talked fast and I do not remember her name. She had me on hold for a very long time and then she hung up on me. I called her back and she told me she talked to her manager and they told me to come into the store tomorrow for a full refund. As I was asking her a question she hung up on me again. The next day Monday December 28, 2020 I went to the bakery and they told me to go customer service. I talked to customer service and then the manager came to talk to me. The manager called the night time manager from the night before to talk to them about my situation. Then the manager asked me "Where is the wrong order of the cake"? I said "it's in the children's stomach from the birthday party last night". The manager said "Since I did not bring the cake back in full then I can not get my full refund". I only received $14.00 back. I went back to talk to the bakery and they said the manager works 4:00am-noon and told me to call them tomorrow. I am an unhappy customer, I will tell everyone not to order a cake from this company/store, and I will never purchase a cake from this bakery/company/store again. I want my full $28.99 back. This is the Shoppers Food Warehouse located at 10501 Martin Luther King Jr Hwy Bowie MD 20720.

Just drove 20 minutes to come to This specific shoppers store in order to spend a coupon that expired today. checked the hours online before driving out here. It says it was open until midnight. I arrived at 11:10pm flabbergasted to find that apparently they now close at 11pm. Complete waste of my time. Shoppers: please update your hours.

The staff was very helpful in the seafood department. The store was very clean and the self check out wasn't crowded.
