I was there to get my hair done the lady didn’t ask permission to perm my child’s hair nor contact me my child was very upset and cried when she realized her 4c hair/curls weren’t coming back and neither are we. This has been the worst experience ever for my daughter. Never coming here again and payed over 200 dollars.

Sharde at Thee Glow Lab has been my Brazilian wax tech for the last two years and I have followed her from the previous company she worked for to now her own business! She has a clean space, doesn’t rush the process of removing the hair and, with such an intimate service, she makes you feel very comfortable. She will always be my wax tech! 10/10 highly recommend!
