I have been with Store Space for some time now and I've seen some office workers come and go. The two office employees that are on site now have been awesome. Daniel and Kathleen are both always willing to help with my concerns in any way possible. They consistently go above and beyond with extraordinary customer service to resolve any issues I may have. There have been times that I've been on the verge of leaving store space for another local storage company, but it's only because of Daniel and Kathleen, that I have decided to stay and not vacate. So if you're looking for a storage place in this area, don't hesitate, go to store space. If you're looking for exceptional customer service along with your storage unit, then run down and meet Daniel and Kathleen, you won't be disappointed!!

Exceptional Service at Store Space Self Storage on Woodyard Rd!
Daniel and Kathleen are amazing! Working with them was a delight—they truly brightened up a rainy day. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and I wouldn't trust my valuables with anyone else. VERY Nice & clean; Davis [I think that was his name ?] was EXTREMELY welcoming & helpful
As a note to Store Space, your competitors Public Storage & CubeSmart are only 1-2 miles away, but their prices are AMAZINGLY reasonable for the same EXACT size unit 5x10 interior 1st level. While searching, I did my comparison & to be frankly honest, I'm sure you have overhead cost, business expenses, etc. & maybe you cater to a certain class people, but your competitors in the Clinton area are running the EXACT guarantee of cleanliness, safety, access hours & same size unit for 1/2 the cost a month than you are. For the average person, if this is their 1st stop they may have went for it and chose you company, but for a person as myself that does research and do my homework, out of my 3 spots, you were the most expensive. Store Space = 133$ mo vs Competitors = 68$ ‐ 69$ mo to include either 1st mo FREE and/or 50% off mo.
You'll may also want to revisit your SEO's because your company's name is EXTREMELY challenging to locate online, which I still have not found.

Been with store space for a while! Went in the office and were helped by Kathleen and Daniel, very delightful crew! Assisted me with getting a cart, and offered to help me take it to my unit! They were very friendly and outstanding! Thank you for all your help!!

This was my first time ever having to use a storage unit while I waited to move into my new place. I rented from mid May 2024 until July 2024.
The person who helped set me up was located in Florida. He stated I would receive three emails; I received two of the three. When I didn't receive the third with my code, I called and the local office took care of it with no issues.
Because this process was very new to me, the local office answered all of my questions regarding locks and more.
I visited a few days before I was to have the movers come just to make sure I knew how to get in/out and open/close the unit. The initial unit that was given to me was not quite cleaned out and Ms. Kathleen immediately provided me a new one, same size same location (outside)
Thankfully, I personally did not have any issues and any that I did, were resolved.

I went to store space and was greeted by the most wonderful staff Kathleen and Daniel they were the most amazing and happy people I’ve ever worked with helped me with everything I needed showed me units and made me completely comfortable I could not ask for better service anywhere, they deserve props for they’re over the top service making us feel like family!!! I will definitely be referring this location to everyone!

I am a new customer put in the gate code. I can't get in the gate. It's the weekend. My movers are there and no weekend phone service assistance whatsoever. I'm leaving the state in the morning. This is subpar service.

Affordable, friendly staff, great specials. You may need to bring your own dolly when moving big items. They have them but they are hard to find.
