I visited the Truist bank in Clinton, Maryland today and had a very disappointing experience. The manager’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. I needed assistance with a specific payment transaction, which neither she nor the teller seemed familiar with. While the manager admitted her lack of knowledge and attempted to research the process, she still became rude and dismissive when I inquired of an alternative solution as I had been at the location for approximately 30 minutes.She acted as if my request was unreasonable, showing a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Her body language and tone were abrasive, and at one point, she blatantly ignored me, turning back to her computer as if I wasn’t there. It was a clear display of insolence and unbecoming of a bank manager which led me to ask what transpired for her to be so mean and disrespectful, further informing her that she was aware of her unacceptable behavior. Sad to say that this visit and experience has seriously affected my view of Truist’s customer service standards which I will further discuss with their corporate office.

The lady at the drive thru is really really unprofessional, she's very rude and doesn't like to help the costumers, l could give 0 stars to this location because of her, remove her from this location DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION SHES SO RUDE

Not having a good experience with Truist. Stopped my SunTrust ATM card. Haven't received new Truist card. Came to bank to pull money and they are closed before 2pm on Sat. Wth.

I went into this bank today. 4 tellers were at the Front Counter. One was on the phone handling a customer inquiry, one was assisting the drive thru and two other Black younger women (one with glasses) left me standing alone in line for 3-5 minutes while they were having a personal conversation. No one acknowledged me or said "one moment, we will be right with you". They never even looked at me. The older woman who was working the drive thru, finished with the outside customer, got up out of her seat and went to pick up her coffee cup, unlocked the door and went inside some room. I'm uncertain if she told the two talkative ladies who lacked customer service that I was standing there, but they both turned around to me and asked if I needed help. Well, of course I did - almost 5 minutes ago while waiting for y'all to finish your personal conversation and acknowledge me (and don't even say it was business because I could hear you). I told them that I needed a notary and the one with the glasses said "we don't do notaries".... OMG! I could have been across the street 5 minutes ago getting my docs notarized. This is why I'm going to bank elsewhere. Businesses in Clinton aren't supportive and professional to their surrounding residents. This is a bank for God's sake! I don't feel safe in there. What, God forbid, if they were being robbed? Would they had even noticed? Everyone's head was looking down and ignoring me the entire time. Pay attention to your customers ladies! I I

The workers here are rude and always have an attitude. My boyfriend was sent to deposit checks for our company and the teller was very rude, cut him off when talking , and started to question him. The week previously the teller was complaining that I had 10 deposit and said I was holding up the whole line. Don’t go to this location!!!!

The fact that all the backs tailors are already behind glass even before the COVID started they were already protected behind a thick glass.. so the fact you can’t go inside makes no sense.. and they are super slow

I understand about the covid 19 but i dont understand why they can't open the inside up now i have worked this whole time the guy said appointment only i have been waiting for 40 mins now he said only 10 people at a time im looking ay 15 cars out here still waiting at drive though

Refuses to cash government backed savings bonds unless you bank with them. Time to rethink your policy! BOA (Clinton, MD) refuses to cash bonds as well - avoid this bank! TD Bank (Clinton, MD) WILL cash bonds even if you do not have an account with them - the gentleman was very pleasant, kind and thoughtful.

Worse Bank ever! They are understaffed, under trained and totally confused. Just had money to disappear from my account. Called and spoke to Kelley Hall who was clueless and tried to blow me off until she hung up on me. Called back and spoke to the Manager, Justin who is as bad. Now, I have to call Customer Service. They have a lot of turnover at the Clinton, Maryland location so, therein lies the problem. Avoid this Bank!

i stopped by and deposit my mom's money at their ATM machine then it didnt go through. i have to see the banker or manager because i have no proof that this machine took my mom's money. banker said its offline but NO sign!! he is aware but didnt do anything abt it. so.. this guy said he needs my mom to get this fixed and it is the ONLY way.. ( tried to explain to him that my mom is watching my sick dad, she cant drive, i just gave birth)i asked for manager and he just stepped out and will be back after 2 hours. i have no choice but get my mom.. when i come back i make sure that manager is there.. waited for 20mins again. so manager said this can be done online im like.. WHAT??? i asked this banker and he said no. manager said there are paperwork that needs to be signed.. Ok.. so its done but no paperwork related. SMH NO apologies too with these two a**!!! after few weeks, i deposited again and went to a live teller. i saw a a client who has the same issue. he used atm and didnt go through!! this office sucks!!
