Whenever I order here after my morning workouts, the team is fast and efficient, they also help by explaining items on their menu when I have questions.I loss my wallet and didn’t realize it until a day later. After re-tracing my steps, I went back to tropical smoothie and was met by Daija H. who stored my wallet in a safe. If you want to continue growing as a store/company, look after your employees like Daija make sure she is well compensated. Great personality and character! May the Lord continue to bless you! The guy with dreads smokes weed in the back. Restaurant is dirty. Had a smoothie and didn’t feel too good afterwards. Stay away for the betterment of your health.

After I picked up my order, i noticed that my chips wasnt in the bag. So i went back inside and told them I was missing my BBQ chips, the guy was like, we dont have any BBQ. My question is, why didn't you substitute the chips with a different flavor or at least tell me that when i arrived? Anyways, he gave me plain chips, no apology or nothing lol. Then I get back to my job to eat my lunch and the Acai Bowl did not have granola in it which was the reason why I ordered the bowl. I called up to the store twice, no answer. I drove back to see if they ran out of granola or if they forgot to put it in the bowl. When I arrived, there were no customers in the store, so why yall couldnt answer the phone? It was like two employees in the back and two in the front. The guy said, we dont have no granola.Why are you letting customer's order items that you don't have all the ingredients to and not saying anything? That Acai Bowl is $12!!!Fix the customer service at this location please!

This place has excellent staff and service. Our dinner was served quickly following a tournament, and the staff was the best I've ever encountered.

The workers ignored me and didn’t treat me like a valued customer. I kept trying to get their attention but they were not focused on anyone who walked in. It was not a good experience.

The workers were blasting music with profanity! It was shameful- very provocative and offensive music. I had my 11 year old with me, and that should not have happened.

Nothing good to say about this place other than it is pretty clean. Staff is as lazy and rude as they can be. They forgot my order amongst the vast sea of 2 other customers. They won't ever get my business again tho. Not to mention our island punch smoothie tasted like what I would imagine a urinal cake tasting like.

The line was backed up at the peak of lunch hour one of the workers was gracious enough to holler at the people in the back office to m let them Know help is needed the person that came up front to help did not wash their hands, jumped right in and start making smoothies they've been sitting in the back office for a while, therfore they should've washed their hands!!!

I ordered a smoothie for delivery and the first one was not as tasty as it should have been. I left a survey review and within minutes the manager called me and offered to make me a new smoothie. He even dropped it off to me personally! Great customer service and will order from here again.

I recently visited this location at 8:10pm and the staff wanted to shut down early. They said that they were not taking any more food orders because they wanted the oven to cook off before they leave. However I noticed that online orders were still coming in because it was not after 8:35pm yet. When I point that out the manager then decided to take my order. During the whole time I waited for my order the other staff member on the smoothie station complained openly about having to fulfill orders. She even complained to me and said had she been on the register she would have just told me NO. If someone does not want to work in food service they should look for a different job because they are bringing down the business.

Slow...very slow...then after waiting for over 15 minutes...made the wrong sandwiches!!! Sad!!! We went back to get the correct sandwixhes made. After ANOTHER 15 MINUTES, we left. If I could rate this place a negative 3 I would. The only person who seemed capable was the guy making the smoothies. The guy taking the orders and the sandwixh maker was slow and incapable. I will not waste another minute or thin dime in this place.

THEY NEED STAFF! I purposely pick my food up later than the "ready" time. I came in 25 mins after. Waited 20 mins to be acknowledged. Then told I have to wait another 15-20 mins for my food to be made. When I asked for a refund of my food, the manager told the cashier that I need to wait. So either way i'm stuck here on my break from work? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?! They desperately need more staff. The long waits are RIDICULOUS! I STILL NEVER RECIEVED MY REFUND!

I'm disgusted by the level of service while visiting your Clinton location. I was in the store for 30 minutes and still did not receive my order. When I asked the young lady about my order, I just told her I want a refund. She went and spoke with the manager that sarcastically said you can't wait Ms. Janice. I explained to him that I already waited 30 minutes. I stated they need to do better, hire more staff. I go to other and have never waited that long.... He became unprofessional, I told him to just refund me my money and that will be the end of the conversation.
