Cesar H. Absolutely MADE ME STAY WITH VERIZON! VERIZON WOULD BE DONE IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN'S SERVICE! AFTER AN AWFUL 2 DAYS AND 3 STORES TRYING TO GET MY PHONE ON. I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND ACTUAL HELP AND THE INFORMATION I NEEDED!! IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM I WOULD BE WITH T-MOBILE! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE AND PROMOTION!

The customer service at this store is exemplary. Every member of the staff is knowledgeable, patient, kind, engaging, etc. Darnell, Roberto (and another associate who’s name I can’t recall- long, black, curly hair) to name a few were some of the best customer service providers I’ve ever encountered.

Lolita was so helpful, efficient and kind! My phone had been in SOS mode for like 33.2 hours and it was awful lol. I kept getting a SIM failure message. She got me back in business with an eSIM in like 10 minutes on a busy Sunday morning. Thank you for being so nice and professional, Lolita!

If you love felony theft then this is the store for you. Cooper Fitzgerald allowed someone to walk in with a fake ID and add a line to my account despite notes on my account stating a fraud alert.

I had a long, hard, frustrating day with Verizon and Apple bouncing back and forth with one another all day because they didn't want to figure out the major problem with my iPhone. I never had a problem with the Clinton store, but when I entered and stood there for 15 minutes, no one greeted me to tell me “ someone would be with you” Then when someone did come from the back, a tall black guy with LOCS and a beard a vest needed grooming nasty demeanor unhelpful and eager to pass you over to someone else and then Daniel helped, but he was anxious to move on until he saw under my account why I was there. The Clinton store was always the first store I would go to. As I observed and monitored, I noticed customers being pushed back out the door as quickly as they entered. The service that was rendered to me was poor. Verizon's customer service has dropped from 5-star to 1-star.

I would never go back to this Verizon the customer service was terrible!!! Not greeted and nobody was smiling everyone seem soo angry ! I’m big on customer service and this is a place I could never go back !

I’d give this review 10 Stars if I could , Ray was the best representative I’ve had with Verizon whether on the phone or in a store . He’s knowledgeably, kind and caring . We had to get a replacement phone and after receiving it we had problems activating it and wanted to make sure we did everything correctly without losing any data . Ray understood my concern , he was so patient with me and never once did I feel I was a bother , it’s so nice getting great customer service , Verizon you should be proud to have such a fine young man on your team , thank you Ray.

Awesome experience while turning in my wife's phone for a trade-in credit! I was greeted immediately by a lead staff member and processed immediately. She got full credit on her previous phone and got confirmation as soon as the phone was received. Kudos to the lead staffer who made sure his team got their lunch breaks. The store had other patrons inside and they were engaged and served with pride and professionalism. Hats off to the staffer who made sure my visit was pleasant and positive despite being the one who 'opened' the store bright and early that Sunday for business.
