“Very kind, patient, understanding people who genuinely want the best for your animals. They have done several dental surgeries for us and many routine appointments. They are expensive but I don’t know any vet in the city who isn’t, and I plan on using them for as long as I’m here!”
“We started taking our cats to District about a year ago, and could not be happier. Everyone is great, from the front desk to the techs to the veterinarians. I think the best is the level of communication we get - actual emails explaining what the possible issues are, treatment options, etc. It really helps when you need to discuss options with your partner if you don't have to try and remember what someone explained to you.
Definitely try them if you need a vet.”

“I bring my cats to this vet clinic. The staff is wonderful and caring. They are most professional in all aspects of per care. The only issue is the limited amount of pets they can see, however, if your pet has a serious issue, they'll make time.”
“Dr. Tibbs knows what he’s doing. Hi years of experience are invaluable. The clinic may not be fancy or high tech, but the service is worth it.
I’m always able to get a short term appointment and staff is always friendly and welcoming. Pricing is fair. I’d much rather give my money to this small Black owned business. I have a senior dog who is always having something come up. I’m glad Oakcrest is nearby.

“Took my cat for the second time in years and it really is the best place. The vet is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I only waited for a few minutes before my appointment. The vet's diagnosis was accurate. I left with my cat and my cat was pain free and happy. I am SO thankful to have such valuable service right around the corner. I would never go anywhere else.”
“The experience was satisfactory, although the facility would benefit from a thorough renovation as it currently appears somewhat worn and unclean. The wait time was manageable, and I was finished within forty-five minutes.”
“It’s very unfortunate for both the staff and patrons that Banfield allows corporate to regulate scheduling without having accurate, real-time availability for the individual location. This creates unnecessary frustration for everyone involved, and I really hope this scheduling issue is addressed. This is what deducts a star from my review.
That being said, this Banfield location operates beautifully on the ground, and I consistently have a great experience when I’m there. The staff does an excellent job despite the scheduling challenges, and Sierra, in particular, is a phenomenal receptionist! She is always wonderful to interact with and truly deserves recognition.”

The folks at CVH were able to accommodate despite being ridiculously busy, and everyone from the receptionists to the techs to the doctor were all super professional and supportive.
