I’ve been using Walgreens since they merged with Rite Aid. After the transition period which was crazy, they are well balanced now. Just about all of my prescriptions are filled there. Pharmacists are very helpful and will answer your questions. The drive through is convenient and you can place an online order and pick it up inside. Lines can be long at times but I’m happy overall with them. Hopefully this is helpful for you.

I called to refill a prescription, and the phone tree directed me to a pharmacist. However, I had to wait on the phone for 50 minutes before I got to speak to a pharmacist. Walgreens needs to hire more pharmacists to assist customers.

Mental note : NEVER DO A CURBSIDE ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN 2 people working in the entire store so there was no one to do my curbside pickup even though I came inside knowing they were short staffed. What's disappointing is everything is locked up so you can't browse and shop. This is disgusting people are stealing so much this is the norm.

Came here for the first time because I was tired of waiting in the long line at the cvs pharmacy. I go to pick up my medicine at 2pm the lightskin lady with glasses tells me that they don’t accept my insurance and that my medicines would be $16 each. I told her it was fine & that I would pay out of pocket then she tells me that it’s not ready and it would be ready in about 30 mins. I said that’s fine and that I would come back. I go back home & my mom goes later on in the day to pick up my medicine around 6pm. I had already told my mom that they are going to charge her for the medicine because they don’t accept my insurance. She gets there then calls me to tell me that the staff told her she cannot sell her my medicine because of my insurance and that I have to go to cvs because they accept it. I begin to tell my mom that I already spoke with a lady about the prices and told her I was paying? My mom says that the lady wasn’t really letting her speak when she was trying to explain to her what I told her. My mother doesn’t speak English well & has a hard time explaining things. I told my mother not to worry about it that I was just going to go myself, I get there around 8:20pm and the African older lady tells me that she just spoke to my mom and told her that she couldn’t sell me the medicine because I have state insurance. I asked her why didn’t the lightskin lady who told me it was going to be ready in 1 hour tell me that to begin with?? She tells me that she is new & still training. I told her I have a ear infection and have been waiting since 2pm for medicine that I could have been had if they told me that from the jump!! A lot of miscommunication is going on there. & I get if your training you don’t 100% know everything but giving out false information isn’t okay. I’m in pain and have to wait until tomorrow to get my medicine now. I should have just stuck to cvs and wait in the long line…

Sad to know that people with the responsibility to serve a community with medicine and otherwise life sustaining products handle their business with a lack of urgency and poor professional resolve. In my case, a prescription meant to provide my 9 month old infant with congenital lung disease was CANCELED in an effort of presumed pettiness. I'm saddened to know that going above and beyond is no longer synonymous with not only the Walgreens name but the industry of pharmacology. I'm ashamed of the service individuals involved (I have some names that I will not share) because they decided to ignore their training and couth.

If you need a prescription right away, go somewhere else. They're always behind with no urgency at all! My doctor called in a prescription at 11am. At 9pm I was toldIt would be ready at 11am the following day. I explained that I needed the prescription and had been waiting for hours. The pharmacist replied, "yeah...the only thing is that we're running behind". No urgency, no compassion, no concern! If you decide to use this pharmacy, make sure you have very low expectations!

manager needs to learn what customer service really consist of which is having knowledge of using your own discretion every once in a while as long as no safety issues is evolved. Customer service is more than just telling a customer where a product is located. I worked in customer service over 40 years. I never left a customer hanging.

I would not even give this place a zero rating. I have been in the hospital for a month and a half. Had to get my medication refills. A life sustaining medication showed 8 refills and I got it filled every month. This time despite it showing 8 refills they tell me it is expired and I couldn't get it that I needed to get the doctor to call in a new prescription. I had the doctor call a new one in and I had told the pharmacist that I was going to be out this day. I get to the pharmacy to pick up this life sustaing medication for them to tell me they are out of it and won't get more until tomorrow. I can't go without rhis medication and he knew I was going to be out yesterday when I spoke to him. This is totally unacceptable. They all need fired. If anything negative happens to me I will sue them.

Your medication is never ready even when you call ahead of time to confirm if the medicine is ready. Dammit I miss Rite Aide cause this Walgreens just isn't the one.

The wait for a script here is RIDICULOUS. It was bad even before the pandemic. I wait at least 30 minutes every time I go in. I've been waiting on a script for my son for 3 days now. My sister waited 5 for hers. I have been on hold to get through to someone for over an hour!!!! We are switching pharmacies. I am DONE

This location of Walgreens is hell on earth. The pharmacists are pretty nice -- but only when you can actually talk to them. Otherwise be prepared to stay on hold forever or, God forbid, you actually come to the pharmacy in person and end up waiting in line forever. It will happen. The retail, non-pharmacy part of this Walgreens is nothing to write home about. Some young folks work here, and they are friendly and kind. I admire them for balancing their work and their schooling. But other grown folks aren't acting so grown. It's a nightmare. If I'm uncomfortable getting my prescriptions filled here, then why would I want to do my regular shopping here?!Steer clear and run, don't walk, don't look back, for the hills.

Do yourself a favor and don’t have your medication sent here. They have issues with slowness and not giving people the correct amount of medication.
