I placed an online order for 5 items this morning at 8:39 am for 30 minute pickup....it is now 4:45 pm and my order is still not ready which is unacceptable.

Does anyone have problems getting the register rewards. I went there twice and haven’t get my register rewards. When I asked they were like “I don’t know what you’re talking about” I won’t go back there. There is no one at the register you need to start looking around to see if someone is there. One lady was nice though!

I understand the 2 star rating the Walgreens has from my visit. I went into this Walgreens on December 4, 2023 to get some passport photos. I had the pictures taken and I got to the counter and I did not realize small 2 x 2 pictures were $18.01, I should have asked the price first, cashier was not very welcoming. First thing, she had on a bonnet serving customers, now I don’t know if the manager allows this or if Walgreens allow this, but it is very unprofessional. I don’t go in this Walgreens often, but this Walgreens always has minimal help. Suffice to say I did not get those photos because I thought that price was expensive for two small photos , but as I was speaking with the lady at the counter and trying to ask a question about the cost and she proceeded to say yeah $16.99 and $18.01 with tax, do you want them or not? I thought, yeah, no, I don’t want them I’ll get them cheaper at Walmart. There needs to be a conversation about the presentation the workers has in front of the customers because if bonnets is setting the standard for Walgreens that says a lot about the management of that Walgreens and there has to be some one to step up somewhere to stop this gross negligence of customer service. In a customer service driven world we ALL MUST DO BETTER!

If I could give zero stars I would. Complete waste of time. I put my photo pickup order in at least three hours ago. I showed up at the assigned time for a rude manager to tell me their system is down. Kendra, who was the only helpful person in the store, was running the register and the Photo Booth for 25 minutes while the manager went out for a drink of water. We waited a total of 50 minutes for the pictures to be printed only to leave because the manager wanted all people of the store by 8pm. And told us we would have to wait in our car after 8pm. Ended up not getting my photos and leaving.

I came to this Walgreens location today (10/15/23) at 9:15am.The manager on shift at this time was extremely disrespectful and rude. No way to treat customers.

I put in 2 scripts the night before to be picked up the next day. I get there to pick them up and I'm told no you only have 1. I say ummm no I came in with 2 you need to find the other one. It was a script for post op oxycodone so somebody needed to figure out what happened to it overnight. They magically find the script. The pharmacist says to me, "Oh this can't be filled because you can't fax this type of medication." I tell him it wasn't faxed and it was in fact walked in last night. He then looks at the trade name and says "Oh this is a very rare medication. They must have clicked it by accident. No one will have this." Literally, all he had to do was fill the generic of the drug which was marked on the script but at this point because he's such an imbecile I don't want him filling ANYTHING for me or my family.

I was charged twice for the same item, when back to the store showed my bank statements, now I didn't want a refund just a store credit or let me get the same item again. Three were 3 managers in the store that didn't know what they were doing. I was told basically that they couldn't do anything. The mangers were poorly dressed to be managers and they had poor customer service skilled and bad attuites. Nerveless I will not go to any Walgreens again.

My doctor called in a prescription for me at least two hours before I got there and when I arrived it still wasn’t ready. The manager waited until I got there and filled it then. That’s not good for business. I will never return there again for anything

I was just at Walgreens Clinton Md sit at window for half and hour and 2 other people left because window wasn't open. It is 2:20 pm now. My wife called them and she said they didn't have enough staff to work window, have to come in. I said no note on window just leave people sitting there. 5/28/23

The pharm tech (shoronqa) is EXTREMELY RUDE. She has poor customer service and needs to be retrained. She refused to look at my insurance card, walked away and turned her back on me while I was trying to speak to her, then proceeded to yell at me when I was speaking to the pharmacist who also was no help at all when I was asking questions regarding my prescription.This was my first visit to a Walgreens, therefore my first impression. I will never return and give my business to this store. I was so disrespected and in front of other customers. The lack of professionalism and common courtesy is something to be ashamed of.

This pharmacy has always had poor service and lack professionalism. However, I keep coming across a plus size light skin woman with dreads working the drive thru window and she’s extremely rude, doesn’t greet or say a word for that matter. Toss my bag and walk away from the window. I’m not sure why the attitude but she’s always rude with a stank face and don’t stay at the window long enough to get my information. She’s need additional training in customer service. Please help her!

Sad to know that people with the responsibility to serve a community with medicine and otherwise life sustaining products handle their business with a lack of urgency and poor professional resolve. In my case, a prescription meant to provide my 9 month old infant with congenital lung disease was CANCELED in an effort of presumed pettiness. I'm saddened to know that going above and beyond is no longer synonymous with not only the Walgreens name but the industry of pharmacology. I'm ashamed of the service individuals involved (I have some names that I will not share) because they decided to ignore their training and couth.

The manger Emmanuel here is a colorist and he is racist. He bullies light skin people by making racist jokes about their race along with another manger named Carlos and a team member Derriona. I have witnessed him multiple times singling out light skin employees. They also said racist things to me too. Not just other people. They have no stars form me, but it won't let me post a review unless I give them one star.
