If you are thinking about purchasing a GMC vehicle, don't. The transmission will fail you and you will be stuck with a huge bill. GMC knows about this problem and will do nothing to help you. I've got my vehicle in a shop currently and the shop owner said he repairs about two GMC vehicle transmissions a week. I hope this saves someone else. There are class action lawsuits but that does nothing for me right now.

On a recommendation from a co-worker, I chose Anderson for the purchase of my new vehicle and sale of my old. Since I did a sale and not a trade in, they were two separate transactions. The purchase of the new vehicle was seamless, I saw the vehicle I wanted, called and was in it, no muss, no fuss.The sale of my previous vehicle, however, has soured what would have been a five star review. Since there are no updated systems to facilitate digital signatures, there was a weeks wait (snail mail) for my ex to sign off on the sale. It was only then that I was informed that it would be an additional 4 - 6 weeks before I would receive my portion of the price of my vehicle sale. In summary, Anderson Buick GMC provides fantastic service when they are receiving your money, but if they have to pay out, please do not be in any hurry to receive it. In all, this was my first and will be my last transactions with Anderson Buick GMC and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.This place is terrible they pick and choose what they fix. I can't go too much further since I've retained a lawyer. I tried to give Tom Mostyn a chance to listen and see the evidence I had. That they broke my windshield saw and cleared permanent check engine light codes. That would come back on after getting the truck back. If you get a nice dashcam. You can set it up under clothes in the back. You can see and hear everything and how funny the tech thinks it was when he drove my vehicle through a construction zone. Because there's no other roads to test drive a vehicle. A $400 windshield will now cost them much more. Difficult to see but the crack had gone from 8" to 3' in less than 36 hours after picking up my truck.

All the individuals that I encountered on my visit were very helpful and clearly explained what they were going to do and how long it would take to service to my car. I was back on the road very quickly and could complete my other chores for the day.

This is my second time in a row buying from Anderson, and specifically from Brian. Each car was a built to order and not only did Brian make the process incredibly simple and easy, but kept me updated throughout the duration of the build process until arrival at the dealership! And Grace in the finance department was transparent about everything, streamlined the process and made it the most efficient and quick experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I’d definitely purchase again from Anderson!

I just got home from a scheduled maintenance service at Anderson GMC. I showed up with an appointment at the 8am opening on Saturday. Kevin Bacon was my service advisor, always friendly and professional. He said I would be out in 90 mins. And so I was. I bought my Yukon at Anderson, sales and service has been great.

Few weeks ago, I bought my car from Anderson, MA. My salesman Shawn Hamilton was very polite and professional, it was pleasure to deal with him. Highly recommended car dealer. This is place where you want to be your next car. It was a joy to work with him and I'm happy with my purchase.

Only give 4 stars not 5 because they don't have loaner vehicles and I am a 1 car in my entire family person so I have to use pay ride services if I have to leave my car overnight

They gave me one free oil change on a brand new car To destroy the carThey took the weights off of all my tires and did something to my front end alignment Now I have to turn steering slightly to the left to go straight My miles have been ticking away like I'm traveling long distance I have over 12 thousand miles in 4 months And have only been to DC one time for my aunts funeralI believe everyone knows what is going on over there But probably afraid of loosing jobMy PSI is always on I'm afraid to go back to this dealership I have a five year car note and now afraid the car won't make it I have purchased 8 new GM VEHICLES IN MY LIFETIME THIS WAS TO BE MY RETIREMENT VEHICLE LOOKING TO SELL 2022 GMC TERRAIN SLT $40 thousand dollar vehicle

Got service on a vehicle there, Service center wasn't bad... staff was friendly and helpful. I do suggest making a video of what you want to explain so that they understand what you're describing is wrong...

I purchased my Acadia from this Anderson’s location a few years ago and was having some issues with suspected brakes and rotors causing a strange noise. I asked that they diagnose the problem, described how and when the noise was heard, and then fix whatever they found. They replaced all the rotors.Within a day or two the sound was back. So I took my car to my local mechanic to see if he could figure it out. When he took one of the wheels off, parts fell out that had ruined the brand new rotor. My mechanic supposed that it had been made finger tight but never secured. He also said the brakes all needed replacing.Based on the age of the vehicle, I figured this anyway when I took it to Andersons (and the diagnostics they provided at earlier oil changes) but they didn’t replace them, causing the brand new rotors damage and I again had to replace them. My mechanic was incredulous that anyone would have left the brakes, it was obvious that they needed replacing.I called Anderson’s and spoke to a service manager, told him about what was found and let him know I was pretty disappointed. He agreed that sounded unacceptable and said he’d investigate and follow up with me. I’m guessing he found that there was no excuse for the horrible service, cause I never got a call back or apology (or offer of refund).Unfortunately, it wasn’t my first substandard experience, no where near as bad previously though, but it will be my last. I found this location last year when my fuel pump went out, I had just moved to Baltimore area. I've never have an issue getting an appointment or with the service at this location. Jenna in service has always answered all of my questions, as well as she kept me updated on the recall part for my Buick Lacrosse. Once the piece had come in I had a same week appointment to have my car serviced with the new piece. While I was there I got an oil change too, I didnt pay anything out of pocket because I was able to redeemed my Buick Reward points, yea. All in All I love this location fast friendly and the service is always great.
