This is the 2nd Honda we bought from this dealership. It's great to be able to work out everything prior to us arrival. Mike Fiore was our salesperson for both purchases (8 years apart). We like that there was no surprises and no dealer added "preinstalled" options. The finance person was easy to work with as well. Both purchase experiences were very quick and smooth.

Everyone that I had dealings with were very friendly and answered all my questions and I felt at ease there. My salesman was very knowledgeable about everything that I asked pertaining to the automobile I was interested in.

The service I received at Anderson Honda was better than I could have expected. Everyone was so helpful and really made buying my first car as stress-free as possible. From my email correspondence with Pete Martin to my official sales meeting with Jim Middleton to the finance process with Dustin Goodman, the people at Anderson Honda are truly the dream team! Jim had all the paperwork ready and made finalizing a breeze. I was particularly impressed by Jim taking the time for us to sit in the vehicle and go over every button, setting, etc. so I really knew my car before I left the lot. Anderson Honda is the real deal, no hidden games. Truly great service and I will definitely be referring people. Thanks Jim for your exceptional service.

I recently purchased a 2024 CR-V from Anderson Honda, the third new Honda purchased from Anderson in the last six years. My last two purchases were trade-ins from new Honda's previously bought at Anderson. I was treated very well and felt I received fair deals--always a concern for any new car buyer. I felt the deals were fair because I did a lot of market research before each purchase and the numbers offered were right and consistent with my research. When I asked for added "consideration," I got it.

Our experience was great. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and honest. All our questions were answered earnestly and there was no pressure to sign up for unwanted extras. The lounge area was a nice place to unwind whenever we had some down time. The digital signature process for the financial step was a welcome improvement. That would be nice to have at all steps in the process.

During a trip to Baltimore, my wife's new Honda hybrid, with newly installed snow tires, posted a warning on the dashboard that the tire pressure was low. Fortunately, Anderson's Honda dealership was located just a few blocks from our hotel. My wife drove to their service department and was greeted by Larry Oden, Service Advisor, who assured her that the issue would be taken care of. Twenty minutes later Larry entered the waiting area to report that the problem with the air pressure sensor notification had been resolved and the air in the tires had been adjusted. This service was provided despite the fact that we did not have an appointment and had purchased the car in Syracuse, NY. There was no charge, and they even provided a free car wash. Absolutely amazing. This dealership certainly lives up to their motto: "Going the extra mile to make you smile!"

Great place to buy a car, don’t expect much curtsy when you have defective partsAfter owning a 2023 Honda Ridgeline for less than a year, my moonroof suddenly imploded. We issued a warranty claim Honda eventually deemed it a defect, but there was no way to get the part because it was backordered with no ETA. Ahem, I wonder if that has to do with everyone else’s glass on these cars exploding for the last 5 years… That is basically where it ended with the Anderson Honda. They refused to do due diligence and make the call within the company they serve to find more information or expedite anything. They told me that I could escalate it to Honda corporate. Which I did and spent two months calling every few days to try and get somewhere. It took days to even get in contact with the cooperate parts manager. When I finally did get him on the phone it was the same sob story about how Honda doesn’t have the parts and they don’t know when they will come and there is nothing to do. This is basically what it boiled down to every time I was on the phone with him. I was also given a case number and was supposed to receive information throughout the process as the part was found, however that was never updated.Meanwhile I’m stuck without transportation and my business can’t operate effectively. On top of that I have to pay to garage keep my new truck so that it doesn’t get ruined out in the elements, because there is no moonroof. Anderson refuses to compensate me for anything, they don’t offer to keep it somewhere dry, they don’t even have a loner they can give me because I don’t have an eta on the part I’m missing.Two months later I get a call from Anderson that congratulations my part is here! I was excited but also confused. How could a part that was impossible to get just arrived all of the sudden? I’m not complaining I got the part, but because of its sudden arrival at the dealer, I was unable to schedule a appointment ahead of time so I had to wait another two weeks because they couldn’t fit me in. The reasoning was that this repair was to take multiple days to do. So I had to waited even longer, paying more money on my insurance, garage, costs in borrowing others cars. So I asked if they had a loner I could use? They said that I was not on the loner list and therefore had to wait until December to get the repair done and there was no guarantee that I could even have a loner… It comes time for the repair I do the key drop, they start at 7am the next morning and I get a call around noon that its done… what the ... I mean yay.I go to pick it up and get in and off couse the entire dash, seats, console, floor is just covered with chunks and shards of glass. There is also glass that falls from the headliner around the sun shade. Luckily I had a vacuum so I could finish their job. It’s just too bad, because the truck is great otherwise. I wish there was more accountability, I waisted hours upon hours on the phone and days driving around trying to get this taken care of on a new car.

The entire sales experience was excellent. No games, just a fair price upfront. Customization was easy to do, and the salesperson made sure that all my requests were met.
