I had my car serviced there for a four-wheel alignment. They didn't inform me of the possibility that they may fail to adjust the alignment before they tried. I would've taken my car elsewhere if they had. Only after they claimed they had finished the service, did they tell me they only adjusted one wheel with the excuse that my car is too old to make the adjustments for the 2 front wheels, which are out of alignment. But they still charged me the full price. That's a rip-off.

A very disappointing and dishonest buying experience here. I had put a deposit down on a vehicle, and was coming to pick it up on a Monday. They said they would get it inspected and done on the Saturday before. I explained I was driving quite a distance and I would have limited time on Monday so it was important it be ready. When I got there, they hadn't even started preparing the vehicle. Salesman was as disappointed as I was and said he told them multiple times to have it ready and they did not. Unfortunately that was just the tip of the iceberg. Went into the finance office, only to be handed an "open recall" piece of paper that no one had mentioned. I had purchased a hybrid electric vehicle. Upon reading the recall, it turns out you can't even use the electric part of the vehicle currently, due to defective batteries that are prone to fire. There is no current fix for the recall as it's a battery issue that cannot be repaired. They expect in a few months to *maybe* have a software update that will alert you if it detects the battery going bad before it catches fire. (!!!) So they are selling an electric vehicle that you literally can't use the electric on. I called and left a message for the General Manager, who never returned my call/message. I received another call from a different manager after I left to ask how my experience was. I explained the situation. It gets even worse - he said I was "lucky" that they even informed me of the recall, and that "most places would just sell the car without letting the customer know". I asked if they could provide any sort of a discount considering this recall if I still were interested in taking the vehicle anyway, and he said they don't discount vehicles, and if it doesn't sell soon "We'll sell it to another company that will just sell it to a customer without knowing about the recall". Wow. That's all I can say. I am a 10+ year Audi owner, and this was embarrassing for a "manager" to be saying these things. The whole experience was absolutely insane. Felt very manipulative, and fraudulent.

My opinion is Do Not Buy From Audi Hunt Valley or Autonation. Sold us an Autonation certified Evoque with warped rotors , bad brakes , no wiper fluid , low coolant , no wheel lock key. guess how many issues they resolved ? zero !!! they basically told us to F off.

I wouldn't recommend buying a car here, the Jeep Grand Cherokee I bought had major problems in just two months of my purchase the starter , alternator, headlight bulb went out plus my coolant was empty . I will never buy another vehicle here again the sales department cannot be trusted.

First, I've purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships over the last 5 years; probably 20. This, without a doubt, was my most favorite experience. Baine Childress was the most communicative Salesman I have ever dealt with and made the experience, usually, a once in a lifetime experience for my wife. I'm talking luxury presentation, a truly bespoke experience. I have no doubt in my mind that I am more likely to purchase another vehicle from Hunt Valley as long a Baine is there. Now moving up the ladder, Kevin Quinn as the sales manager. To most people having very little to say about the sales manager would be a good thing, but in my case I can speak enough good things about the guy. At the end of the day, but the beginning of the month, treated me as if I was the most important customer that had walked in this year. It might seem like I'm embellishing here, but I have no reason to. I truly feel this was worth my time and I only take the time to write a review like this when the experience stood out so much that I want to ENCOURAGE other people to experience what I did. I'm confident you cannot be disappointed walking into Hunt Valley Audi.
Thank you Baine and Kevin for a memorable experience. I look forward to purchasing a vehicle for myself soon.

Frankly I wish they had an option of zero stars!! This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. We found a used Range Rover Evoque for our 16 yr old daughter (she had saved up the down payment)…shortly after she noticed the running light wasn’t working and the backup camera was foggy. We took it in for both of these to be fixed under the 90 day warranty and AutoNation would not cover either as they said it was due to water intrusion. My daughter had her Lerners Permit and the car was in our garage. I guess driving in the rain is not suggested for Range Rovers? Of course all of the commercials show them driving through terrain and streams but rain is bad? Since then, we have made numerous calls to the GM and have been completely ignored and no return calls. Now the car has a fuel leak and can’t be driven and again, we are being ignored. The 90 day warranty for used cars is a joke!! Once they have your money they don’t care. So now my daughter is paying for a car that can’t be driven and is basically a paperweight. We are in the process of calling the local news stations to see if they can help! This car should NEVER have passed inspection and been on their lot! To fix all of these issues will cost $8-9k…..ridiculous for a car we have had a few months and hardly driven!! Buyer beware!! Do not buy a car from this dealership!!!!

I just bought a 2018 Audi Q5 from here and it was an amazing experience! My product specialist was Baine and he was super knowledgeable about all things Audi. I came to the deal pretty prepared and he didn't waste any of my time with a hard sales pitch or shady sales tactics. He was transparent down to earth and made the whole process smooth and simple. This is my first experience with Audi and specifically this Audi dealership, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Market new or Used. 10/10 from me top to bottom, but especially Baine!

I have given this review a lot of thought and even spoke with the General Manager in person about my experiences at this dealership. If you're planning to buy here, they do have a good inventory, and I highly recommend working with Vinnie Grasso, my salesperson, he gets 5 stars from me! Vinnie is not your typical "salesperson"—he’s kind, easy-going, informative, helpful, and patient. You’ll love working with him. He did an amazing job as my salesperson. I'm very glad we worked with him and I highly recommend him.
However, I can’t give the dealership itself a 5-star rating because of two major issues I encountered.
1. Miscommunication:
I nearly didn’t get the car I wanted because someone at the dealership (not my salesperson) misled me, which I found very frustrating. I value honesty and transparency in business dealings, and I didn’t feel I received that here. I was actually lied to. While I’m happy I eventually got the car a few days later, I did not appreciate that this occurred and I almost lost the car because of the deception.
2. The Finance Experience:
Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was unpleasant. Everything felt rushed, with papers and a tablet shoved in front of me without explanation. There were no congratulations or any pleasantries. I didn’t even know what my monthly payment would be before I sat down, and suddenly fees and additional items were being pushed on me. It was all rushed and very pushy.
At one point, my husband and I were confused, and when we expressed that, the finance person simply said, "Oh, I talk fast, sorry." He began printing out documents without giving me the chance to review my options. When I reminded him that I wanted to see the monthly payments before deciding on the down payment, he brushed it off and said, "Well, I already printed this out." That attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. I could not believe he said that. I told him I did not care that he already printed it out.
After asking multiple times to review the options, we finally adjusted the down payment to lower the monthly cost. He then pushed me to sign electronically on a tablet with very small text. When I tried to enlarge the screen to read what I was signing, he seemed irritated. Worse, when I asked to double-check the fees with my salesperson’s printout, the finance person told me no, I would "confuse myself." That comment was condescending. I insisted on reviewing the numbers, and thankfully I did—there was a $5,000 mistake that would have gone unnoticed if I hadn’t checked. In the end, he admitted I was right and corrected the error and agreed he wouldn't want me to sign that either.
As a woman, the entire experience with the finance person felt uncomfortable and dismissive. It’s interactions like this that give car dealerships a bad reputation. This is why I’m giving the dealership a 3-star rating, despite Vinnie’s outstanding service.
On a Positive Note:
The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Claire at the front desk was amazing—so warm, funny, and engaging during my downtime. The service department was also very good. The atmosphere there was comfortable, and the staff seemed genuinely nice. Even the gentleman who handled the facilities, one of the longest-serving employees, went out of his way to chat with me and make sure I was comfortable, which meant a lot to me.
Final Thoughts:
The General Manager was apologetic when I shared my concerns and assured me that he has been working for years to improve the dealership and said he has really changed things for the better over the years. I appreciated that he listened and acknowledged the issues I faced. He said he will use my experiences as learning lessons and have discussions with his staff so that they can do better. While I can't recommend the dealership as a who

Baine Childress was absolutely incredible throughout this entire process! He spent several days answering all of my questions, walking me through every option and piece of paperwork to ensure I felt 100% confident and excited about my purchase. Baine consistently goes above and beyond, proving that he is not only a valuable asset to the Audi team but also someone who genuinely prioritizes the customer in everything he does. His professionalism, attention to detail, and caring approach made my experience exceptional.
On the service side, Jordan's dedication is second to none! It’s rare to find someone in the service department who takes such personal care of their customers. Every time I visit Audi for maintenance, Jordan makes the entire process seamless. He takes the time to explain everything that’s been done to my car in detail, leaving no question unanswered. His follow-up after the service is a testament to his commitment to ensuring the car continues to run smoothly, and his passion for excellent service shines through every interaction. Audi is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Jordan on their team.
The outstanding customer service I received from both Baine and Jordan is truly unmatched. Their combined expertise, attentiveness, and genuine care for their customers make Audi a standout brand. Thank you for making my experience so seamless!
