“After waiting what felt like forever, I reached out to agent Lori because I qualified for extra discounts. I had previously did a quote online and she followed up with me. Not only was I able to get better car insurance-including more than my previous provider. She was patient, understanding, made my time feel valuable & navigated each step of the way. Whether it’s your first auto policy or 29th, Lori gave her expertise and explained in a way to help her audience understand than most people you deal with. I wasn’t talking to just a company, but a human being. Someone who cared. Even when it became time for the bad news, I was not mad or irate with Lorie (sorry in advanced for the spelling) because she handled it with care and explained every detail I had questions about. If your supervisor read these reviews- you deserve more. Whatever you’re making, add another 0 and it’s still not enough. Lori you are absolutely incredible. This isn’t enough but hopefully you will be recognized and appreciated. Normally I say I do these surveys/reviews but don’t commit to doing them. But, I would not do right by you in silence Lori. “I have several foreign market vehicles ranging from a JDM R33 GTR to a UK imported Defender 90…all of which I only have thanks to Anna Valvi. When my previous company just randomly stopped insuring my JDM Land Cruiser, she came highly recommended by people in a car group on Facebook. I quickly found out why when she not only got me coverage for the Land Cruiser as a daily driver, but beat all competitors’ rates both on my collector car policy and home policy. Within a week I switched EVERYTHING to State Farm for one consolidated and fair monthly bill. And when nobody would supply the windshield I needed for my JDM Skyline, she authorized me to buy one myself and still honor my windshield coverage. Needless to say, her office will have my business for a long time. I just insured 3 more vehicles with her, and I recommend her office every chance I get.
*Side note, I previously contacted other State Farm branches about insuring my imported vehicles and they were clueless. This is NOT the standard, it’s far above it.”
“It was really great for the most pert, however my last conversation with a lady who answered the phone was very difficult. She was unfriendly and brash. I tried reasoning with her but it was her way or the highway. I did have a young man when I first transferred my account from my aunt to myself because it was willed to me in her estate. He did everything he could to assist me. I did not have all of the documents that were needed to complete the transfer and he gave me some time to locate them and called me back. It was a great experience and he was very kind. I hope that she can learn a few things from him.”
