Cannot say enough about the attentiveness of Jessica and her team! Very professional, thoughtful, and courteous. Jessica quickly got us into a courtesy car and on our way while keeping us informed of the status of our car throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, AutoNation Subaru! The service representative, George Wolfe, greeted me and was extremely friendly. After reviewing my request he gave me the quote for the needed service. Since the service was potentially going to last two days George offered a loaner vehicle to me. The service was actually finished the same day. George sent an email to me at that time stating that I could pick the car up. I was also given the opportunity to pay online, which I did. When I picked up the car I was driving away in just a few minutes.

The team at Subaru Hunt Valley is always friendly and accommodating. They are honest about any services needed, are clear about cost and expected wait time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable too! The complementary car wash is an added bonus!

My car was in for a recall on the headlights and i also asked them to ck a tire light that was on. They took me in promptly, it took 2.5 hrs, i had to wait for it. I was sent service up dates via texts, that was nice. The advisor was courteous. She did say i refused the 20 pt inspection , which I don’t remember refusing, so that was my only negative point. The headlights work fine and i have to go back to get the tire sensor fixed

Scheduled service by phone because of dashboard warning lights, knowing exactly what the problem was. Dropped off the car for the technician and was quoted for the exact problem at a fair price. My service advisor Sarah was friendly and professional and kept in good contact the whole time! Got my car serviced and picked up the next day with no issues. Definitely recommend!

Have used AutoNation Subaru service off and on over the years and have been pleased. I recently had my car serviced at another location for a routine check and they failed to note the brakes needed replacement. A few miles later I noticed the brakes were not functioning properly. I took my car to AutoNation; they quickly identified the problem and performed the needed service. Communication with the service advisor (Jessica) was timely, helpful and accurate. I won't be going to the other repair shop and will regularly use AutoNation in the future.

Truly, truly wonderful experience. I am from Massachusetts and stopped in on my return trip from Baltimore because the "check engine" light and other ominous warnings appeared on my dashboard. Jessica at the service reception area was super helpful and promised to fit us in as quickly as possible, and warned that it might take "a couple of hours" before they could get to us due to other appointments. We were shown to a very comfortable waiting area, given a place to make a phone call privately, and two hours later, there was a diagnosis, a fix, and friendly advice that our tire treads are thin and will need to be replaced as soon as we get back to Massachusetts!! The work was all under warranty. The service area was spotless!! Waiting area very comfortable. Thank you for helping us!!
