Maybe people had 1 bad experience, but I've been with this specific branch for around 2 years now, and every time I had an issue or question. Mr. Marlan(spelled his name wrong) and gigi and the entire staff have done everything swiftly and promptly. I'd say give them a second chance. They are extremely knowledgeable and very considerate both from a financial and empathetic perspective.

One of the worst custser service at this location their ATM machine is always out or order my money got stuck in ATM & nobody was ready to help me even bank of america customer representative was not ready to answer phone in business ours.

Rude branch manager! Marlon Gittens. Snotty attitude. Very slow wait times because there is not enough staff. I also don’t like the fact that you have to give all of your business details while standing at the front of the plexiglass. Everyone can hear all of your business. Need to figure something else out. And he took a customer before me! When I came in before her! He even checked me in first.

Closed 3 or 4 days a week now. Showed up on a day it’s supposed to be open at 12:20. It’s supposed to be open until 1:30 yet the security gates are down and it’s dark.Closed 2 accounts due to nothing but long lines and diminishing banking hours. (And trying to charge me for a faulty atm card to replace it). Closing the rest ASAP. Ask the CEO making $20 million a year to take a cut in salary instead of taking the service away from customers. BoA is focused nothing on profits at the top.

To cash a check, I had to sit and wait. At about the 10-minute mark I opened up Google to check the ratings of the bank. Majority of one-star reviews and a total of 2.6 stars currently.Just poor service from the bank, as well as a bad attitude from the manager, Abby. Will never go to that branch again

This bank was the best 2 years ago.... But times have changed. All the new tellers are slow and there is usually only 1 working at a time... EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE ARE 6 Employees in there !!!!! Not one native-born American working in there either. Unbelievable.

Hunt valley location is the pits. Walked in to remove a deceased family member and before they even checked my documentation, the greeter said, “that will take 2 hours, we have to send it legal and you must stay for the duration!” What!?

Awfully slow service. Most times there is only 1 teller present. The managers in this branch are good only to tell you why something cannot be done.
