I just signed up with this company and they were very professional and polite. I don't know what their service would be like and hope to never need it. I am aware of the negative comments but know the company's side is not stated,- so don't know how legitimate they are.

My experience with purchase of extended warranty with your company was Great ! Your rep was good in explaining my coverage . But the true experience is when ever it comes time to use the warranty ? Then that will be the true experience .
