I love cranbrook hills so far. Staff was so helpful with the application and approval process, and I love the beautiful apartment that I now get to call my own.

This place sucks don’t move here. They charge you twice for rent. The payment portal is totally screwed up and you cannot get in contact for anyone for help.

Today my partner and I had an amazing experience with Amanda! She made the application process smooth and painless. She explained everything to us and even had some pretty awesome deals to tell us about to lower our rent!

Maintenance came out the same day as I put in the maintenance request to say I was impressed is an understatement! They left my apartment clean and tidy just the way they found it.

stay away if you can rents about as cheap as you can get but you’ll be paying for it in the long run it took them around a month to fix the broken ac unit which still hasn’t been hooked up to power (shocker)

BEWARE BEFORE MOVING HERE!!!! Everything seemed nice and affordable at first. I saw the first mouse about 2 days after moving in. maintenance came and plugged up a hole but they continued to dig their way in. I’ve seen mice even in the daytime. this complex is beyond infested. no matter how much I complained they refuse to let me out of my lease! the appliances break frequently. the neighbors seem to chain smoke cigarettes and it makes my apartment and clothes smell horrible. I have a toddler and the living conditions aren’t even suitable for a dog. I’ll be leaving here as soon as possible. I WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD. Stay where you are it’s not worth the constantly increasing rent.

I would not usually write reviews, but this apartment really tested the patience. Such a Horrible experience, ........The list is big and cranbrook messed up with everything.1. No blinds in the apartment.2. I have to wait for 2 hours to get the right keys. wrong keys were given and i was left to bother on my own. Which is irritating after a long travel. When i got right apartment keys then the main door keys were changed.3. looked like. No maintenance done in the apartment. it was just handed over as is from previous owner.4. broken gas stove, oven did not open or start at all.5 . Clogged sink, cockroaches running all around.6. No stainers in sink or bath tub.7. bathroom curtains missing.8. Patio is extremely dirty and unhygienic. So all in all, filthy is the word.

The apartments are old and need a lot of work. But maintenance usually comes fairly quickly. It also didn’t help that our upstairs neighbors (who flooded our apartment a hand full of times) didn’t care that they were creating health hazards for the whole building either. The apartment has bearly become livable now that they left- bugs and water damage aside. At least we don't have to listen to them scream and stomp all night.I give Hendersen-webb 3 stars because they can be slow to respond to emergency flooding, and when asked to fix the water damage, they only painted over the dry wall.

The maintenance staff are kind and it's a pretty nice location however I've had countless pest infestations since moving here (Mice, Termites, Ants...) I wish I had the knowledge of their pest issues before choosing to move in :(

Maintenance has been and always is prompt, respectful and very polite. They just came and fixed my mail box and both young men were respectful. One was being trained and he and the trainee smiled and spoke respectfullyBig thumbs up to them both!

Day of move in…Termites in my bathroom ( moved in 12/23…. today is 1/2 and no one has come to address termites)Dead spiders all aroundSpider webs in living room with trapped insectsGarbage disposal broke (they had to put new one in)Dishwasher brokeSeveral light bulbs were blown out. One was actually missing where they never replaced it.Refrigerator/freezer does not work up to standards. I’ve freezes slow and whatever is on the freezer door ends up melting if it’s frozen ice cream.Terrible move in needless to say.Because there are so many properties it seems no one cares about my concerns. ESPECIALLY THE TERMITE ISSUE!!!!! ??I really want to move somewhere else cause the thought of termites in my walls and they crawl out the wall when I take a shower is very unsettling to me. ???

Car broken into twice in 1 month. No apparent security or surveillance. Crime appears to be increasing in the area and after 3 years, I’ve decided I will have to leave when my lease ends just to have peace of mind again. Car window repairs are cutting into my money for rent

I have been living here for 1 year and my experience has been subpar. I am in a "renovated" unit; however, the only thing that's new is the kitchen. For instance, the patio door is old and the screen keeps falling off the track. The screens in the bedroom windows are bent up to the point that I can't open my windows unless I want something to crawl in it. When I moved in, there was broken glass in and outside the second bedroom window. Also, when I moved in I was told about a storage area; however, it has been under construction for a year. I am paying a monthly fee for storage elsewhere. Emergency maintenance request is a joke. I prefer to place all maintenance request through my portal instead of calling in because you have to first listen to a long automated message regarding paying rent on time. I renewed my lease because moving is such a hassle and I want my next move to be into my new home.
