Transferred prescriptions due to moving. Used this location 1 time. Transferred them right out after my unacceptable experience, rude customer service, and very noticeable incompetence. They should be shut down!!

The lady at the desk was so helpful in solving a typo/insurance issue, she was very polite and diligent in solving the issue which bought the price of my prescription from 140 to 4 dollars due to my insurance coverage, 10/10 experience guaranteed

The staff at this CVS pharmacy is AMAZING! The pharmacist as well as the staff were very pleasant and easy to work with! I would highly recommend this store to anyone! If you are looking for a CVS pharmacy with amazing customer service please come here you will not be disappointed!

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy ever! Sometimes you have to wait a long time to be waited on. The Pharmacists here are lazy and disrespectful.

July 13, 2024, today is Saturday, 10:20AM-10:50. The pharmacy is very busy. The gentleman works there is very nice and very patient,he gives customers a very nice mood for whole day.

Zero customer service skills. Stood at the pickup window for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention. My Rx was ready. The pharmacist proceeded to only help the people in the drop-off line, while the 2 techs filled in the back. I said excuse me a couple times and eventually just had to leave. Switching to mail order. I'd rather wait at home than at this pharmacy. I wish my plan let me use Walgreens. They are far better than CVS.

This CVS has had its challenges in the past, but the past couple of times I have used them, it has been a much better experience. Hoping they continue on this trajectory.

This 5 star rating is for the Pharmacist, Drew. He was working all alone and was quick to get my prescription filled. Drew is an amazing pharmacist! He was working so hard!
It's an absolute shame that CVS does not hire more techs and pharmacists, because he should not have to be working alone like this when there's 5+ people in line. What is one person supposed to do??

Received text message saying that the medication was ready. When we got to the pharmacy to pick up the medication, it was not ready. The pharmacy tech made us wait 15 min to be ready, then said they didn't have the medication in stocks until Monday. Bad customer service as well. Absolutely will change the pharmacy.

There’s a new pharmacist (Obianuju Okoronkwo) that greatly mistreated me as a customer by being unethical and argumentative. She lied to me stating there were issues with my insurance and she couldn’t fill my legally written medications. My insurance company had to tell her to fill the medications. She profiled me as someone who was doctor shopping and completely humiliated me as I was having an anxiety attack at the counter. I’m a nurse and would never treat any person in this manner. She had her own agenda with this situation and it wasn’t to help me at all. Healthcare is becoming a disgrace and I hope no one else feels or gets treated like I did by this pharmacist.

LITERALLY THE MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF WORKING HERE. Kept running my medication wrong through insurance and claiming it was the doctor’s fault for not requesting a Prior Auth. After multiple back and forths with my insurance company, doctor’s office and pharmacy, I learned it had been approved all along and it was the pharmacy that wasn’t running the claim correctly. This clinic’s incompetence with filling my medication has caused me to wait over a month to get my medication. Super disappointing. AVOID THIS CVS AND GO TO THE OTHER ONE ON YORK Rd.

Avoid at all costs. Employees are rude and incompetent. After waiting an hour for my son’s rx, they sent me home with the wrong rx. I drive back to the CVS and they’re out of stock. My son is in respiratory distress and needs his meds asap. Do they care? No, it’ll be ready tomorrow. F CVS.

This pharmacy discriminates people who don't have insurance. The 2nd time I tried to refill a prescription for blood thinner they claimed the medication was back ordered and this was after 3 weeks. They told me to fill the prescription elsewhere.
