Received text message saying that the medication was ready. When we got to the pharmacy to pick up the medication, it was not ready. The pharmacy tech made us wait 15 min to be ready, then said they didn't have the medication in stocks until Monday. Bad customer service as well. Absolutely will change the pharmacy.

There’s a new pharmacist (Obianuju Okoronkwo) that greatly mistreated me as a customer by being unethical and argumentative. She lied to me stating there were issues with my insurance and she couldn’t fill my legally written medications. My insurance company had to tell her to fill the medications. She profiled me as someone who was doctor shopping and completely humiliated me as I was having an anxiety attack at the counter. I’m a nurse and would never treat any person in this manner. She had her own agenda with this situation and it wasn’t to help me at all. Healthcare is becoming a disgrace and I hope no one else feels or gets treated like I did by this pharmacist.

LITERALLY THE MOST INCOMPETENT STAFF WORKING HERE. Kept running my medication wrong through insurance and claiming it was the doctor’s fault for not requesting a Prior Auth. After multiple back and forths with my insurance company, doctor’s office and pharmacy, I learned it had been approved all along and it was the pharmacy that wasn’t running the claim correctly. This clinic’s incompetence with filling my medication has caused me to wait over a month to get my medication. Super disappointing. AVOID THIS CVS AND GO TO THE OTHER ONE ON YORK Rd.

Avoid at all costs. Employees are rude and incompetent. After waiting an hour for my son’s rx, they sent me home with the wrong rx. I drive back to the CVS and they’re out of stock. My son is in respiratory distress and needs his meds asap. Do they care? No, it’ll be ready tomorrow. F CVS.

This pharmacy discriminates people who don't have insurance. The 2nd time I tried to refill a prescription for blood thinner they claimed the medication was back ordered and this was after 3 weeks. They told me to fill the prescription elsewhere.

I had heard from others that this cvs store doesnt open on time, i experienced it firsthand myself today , aug 15 2023This is not a retail store that you can open anytime, people come here for their important medication, the resposible person should be ashamed of themselves.Waiting in line since 9amStore opened : 9:20am

Every single time for the past two years, something has been wrong with my prescriptions. Whether they've shorted me pills, or given me the wrong dosage, it's always something. They also do not answer their phones and are not helpful. I try to be as understanding as I can but there comes a point where it's just simply unacceptable. If this happened one time, sure stuff happens. But repeated incidents over a long time span suggest that this pharmacy just is not good at doing their job

It took three times of having the prescription faxed to CVS before they acknowledged receiving it, even though it had been confirmed has been received. Then they literally were supposed to order it two times, and they had not put the order through. All this time, no communication from them. This was all over a span of weeks. Finally, they admitted that the order was never put through, and she put the order through while I waited on the phone. Even then, I was never notified that the prescription was ready, even though I was told 1 to 2 days. when I called five days later, I was told it was ready. Long delays picking up the prescription, and the attendant did not know how to process the good RX code. Despite needing help, she only received infrequent assistance from her colleague, which caused the entire encounter to be very prolonged before it was finally entered correctly into the computer. Terribly unpleasant experience. Most every single person at the pharmacy was very agitated and we’re making comments to each other about the incompetency of the pharmacy.

Heaven forbid if you need a life saving prescription from this location, you will not be long for this world. I cannot fathom worse service or a great level of incompetence. They make cable and phone companies look like angels. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER! They lost my prescription. Not a paper prescription, the prescription that was sent to them by the doctor. I'm so glad that it wasn't a life saving medicine that I or even my children needed! This is UNACCEPTABLE and they will never get my business again!

Worst Pharmacy you could go to. The wait to talk to someone is quite long and they do not have your prescription ready after multiple times of going and saying it would be ready. Makes CVS in general look bad

I go this morning and pick up the medicine CVS pharmacy target. somebody told me come to 3 o’clock pick up the medicine because I stayed a line almost 45 minute then after the counter people say you’re in insurance not covered that medicine.. now CVS pharmacy very bad customer service all thank you

Don't come here. They're beyond slow, rude and never have enough people working. The last time i came here i told them to cancel my auto refill. It's not worth the time. horrible service

It took them 45 minutes to find out that they were going to give me the wrong vaccine. This is not the first time that they have flubbed. They flubbed on a prescription and played d**** CVS should move out of this store. The Target store is well run but has nothing to say about how CVS runs its pharmacy.

They should shut this pharmacy down. So much inconvenience, whenever you come here it’s always 20 people in line with slowest service ever. It could be better if you guys just hire 2,3 more people.
