The store itself is always well stocked and customer service representatives are great. However, their sign on the front says that they open at 8 daily. however, I was there shortly after 8, and the doors were locked. So, I called, and they said they don’t open until 9. My rating is low, because that is one of my biggest pet peeves.

shelves weren't stocked, lot of boxes on floor maybe they don't have enough employees. other than that it's your typical dollar store.

I came in today to get a few things to clean my car, and the cashier Ms. Brenda was so kind-hearted and warm! She is such a sweetheart and good soul. Please take care of her as an employee!!! She is making that place SHINE! 💞

A cashier, in the name of Brenda, had accused my kid and her friend of stealing two toys with no more than 3 dollar value. My kid said she had previously been in this dollar tree about 1.5-2 hours before to buy these toys. They then returned to the place as they had just gotten quarters to put in the machine when Brenda approached them. She instantly accused them of stealing, as my daughter had misplaced the receipt in her wallet. She said as soon as Brenda accused them she offered to pay for them again or if they could speak to the cashier that had previously helped them. Brenda assuming they were reckless teenagers explained that anyone that was working her had already left. That’s when she had my daughter go and pick up another one of the toys of the self with the seal still on, as her case was they must’ve opened it in the store which is why they didn’t have the wrapper on. Despite my daughter and her friend the second time never walked more than 2 feet into the store and was in Brenda’s eyesight the whole time. Luckily she had asked her manager if my daughter and her friend were previously there to which the manager responded yes to. However upon this realization Brenda never apologized and instead SCOLDED my daughter and her friend to always have the receipt when reentering the store. This is where I do agree with her as it can be complicated when reentering and leaving a store which is hard to keep account of what people buy. However, I do not agree with how it was handled as my daughter offered to pay for it again right away, they could’ve looked at the security cameras, and my daughter and her friend never left her eyesight to where they could’ve stolen and opened the toy. In general their experience was not pleasant as they were obviously stereotyped as thieves.

This store does not deserve any star or even a second look. The older lady who is the cashier was sooo irritated and soooo impatient with kids…. She started a ruckus cause my daughter was running and when we as parents intervened she scolded us for not disciplining her. Another customer joined in with the casher stating she is a relative- a family member and will take her side. She stood with the cashier till we paid the bill taking negatively and the store manager hearing all the noise decided to threaten us- the customer with POLICE! All this because a kid who is on an ADHD scale and undiagnosed autism RAN in the store!

I try my best to NOT frequent this location because your store associate Brenda is beyond rude. Upon entering the store she doesn't speak or acknowledge your presence. She always looks angry. As she was stocking things she slams things. Upon checking out I placed my bag on the counter to prepare MYSELF to bag my items. (They refused to touch your bags, COVID was the reason that was explained to me-which is odd because if I buy a paper bag you have to touch all the items I have touched plus my cash payment, I digress) As she was scanning I had my hand out to grab the items from her and she looks at me, looks at my hand, and throws my items around my hand on the counter- For every item. As if my hand wasn't there to received the items. She was also loudly complaining to an associate who was checking out behind me that they need to call someone in since that employee isn't staying to assist and the one coming in isn't any help because all she can do is stock. She ruins the experience every time. Her customer service is piss poor. People respect her because she is elderly but she isn't friendly, she is not nice. Her responses are cold, irritable, and short. She is turning your customers AWAY! She doesn't tell you your total and assumes your paying with a card and proceeds to do what she wants as if you are bothering her.

The woman who worked there was so inconsiderate. When we walked up to check out, all of the check out lights and check out stations were empty. I went to the first one because I was confused. Meanwhile she was the employee fussing with the glasses case by the checkout and could clearly see a line forming. After a few minutes of just standing there trying to see if someone was gonna come help, I interrupted her mini glasses case fit & I asked her if she could check us out and she just rudely stated i was in the wrong lane conveniently after I unloaded my things onto the belt I stood at for the last 6 minutes. Finally she comes to check me out and she’s humming loudly and just looks like she dissociates and pretends nothing real, i’m surprised she even has a job treating people that way. She bagged everything carelessly even getting a comment from the guy behind me. She then said she wasn’t and said she was just singing, before she started loudly humming over his response. She is the sole reason this location is unpleasant and not worth going to. This is a shame because it is normally clean and really convenient. But until they get nicer employees or self checkout she’s a big no. Had to hold my tongue but i’m glad the guy behind me called her out, she deserved it. Learn how to be a normal human being when working. Don’t treat there items they’re purchasing like trash, don’t neglect customers as a line forms with no care in the world, and don’t loudly hum when no one wants to hear that in there face especially when they’re speaking to you. He wasn’t yelling or being disrespectful, he was calling you out for your piss poor customer service.

I’ve never had a problem with this location until today when I encountered a blk older lady and she either woke up on the wrong side of the bed or she just hated kids. Too much to write but straight ignorant to myself and other that had kids🤦🏽♀️ the rudeness is an understatement.🙄

Customer Service is the worst! Always long lines. No one has there light on at the register. Cashiers are rude and they ignore you if you have any questions at all. There people skills are terrible. There are too many Dollar Tree stores around. I will find another one!!!

The cashier is a woman who hates children and makes children look horrible...today I went shopping with my 2 children and they were excited choosing the Halloween decorations and the woman approached them and told them not to touch anything because those were decorations no toys...and he told them with hatred...it was a horrible experience because the children were choosing the decoration and they left the place sad because they couldn't choose what they wanted...they should change that woman they have as a cashier because she doesn't serve well ways to customers
