I live in western Minnesota. Never once have I been in Maryland, much less bought a vehicle there. For some reason, this dealership has called me 7 times over the last few months to "update their records" regarding a vehicle that I traded off over 3 years ago. A vehicle that I bought in North Dakota and traded to a dealer in Minnesota. I keep telling them that it's gone, and they keep calling me. I just don't get it...

Mohammed in the Service Department was wonderful to work with in addressing our issue and helping to fix the problem.’He was responsive from the very start as well as patient and considerate. An excellent representative for the Service Department!

It is my opinion that the following acts were done in either implicit or intentional Racism or Prejudice or Discrimination. I brought in my new Jeep for a minor repair and they kept the car for over a month without fixing it. They provided no updates in the meantime and even kept ignoring/screening my calls. The individual handling my ticket only remembered that my car was there when I called asking for updates. He never followed up as planned and did not think to transfer my ticket when he went on vacation during the month and now left the shop all together. The lady at the front desk down to the repair men were also very rude and one made a comment that was bigoted in my opinion, perhaps because I don’t look and sound like your average Jeep owner. The lady also tried to charge me for the oil change and tire rotation even though I have Jeep Wave and gave me a nasty attitude when I asked her to check my account for Jeep Wave. There were no concerns or amends for my time, inconvenience or their countless mistakes. If you couldn't handle the work or there was nothing in it for you to fix my car, you should have informed me from the get go!! In my years of owning several cars, I have never experienced such an ignorant and disrespectful “customer service”. As we were leaving, I told the person I came with how it’s still hard being a Black person here in the US. I will never return to this dealership and hope you never have to experience them as well. I will certainly reach out to corporate for what they have put me through. The cherry on top was, after a month in their garage, them handing me my car with all FOUR tires on low pressure after they allegedly changed the oil and rotated the tires. Another act, among many, that I perceived as a micro aggression. Extremely deplorable. STAY AWAY!! We should always demand basic human respect and decency for all.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! I’m convinced that they sell their customers “Lemon Cars” I have had issues since I purchased my car!! The Mechanics are definitely under-trained, service is non existent, and they are very money hungry- 3 mths after purchasing my car it shutdown on the highway( wipers came on, horn started honking, lights flickered on and off, and then it stopped) and they said it was a electrical problem which they agreed to fix but made me pay for a new window because somehow they said a leak was in my windshield which cause water to get inside some compartment, there’s no way I had a crack in my windshield they just wanted to get something out of me and probably never even put in a new windshield, then two months later I had to get an entire new steering rack but the last time I took my car back for a oil change they said it was a leak in the steering rack! How is that possible if it was suppose to have been replaced, and there is much more I had to go through with them….I was even recommended by a lady in the service Dept to contact my insurance so that they could fix what they referred to as “ under- carriage damage “ long story short it raised my insurance extremely!!! This place should simply be SHUTDOWN!!! I DON’T EVEN GO BACK TO GET FREE OIL CHANGES ANYMORE BECAUSE EVERY TIME I GO FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE SOMETHING HAPPENS DAYS OR WEEKS LATER! I WOULD RATHER PAY ELSEWHERE!! I truly wish I NEVER purchased a car from here… PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! If you do decide to purchase here please bring your Mechanic with you to look at the vehicle before purchasing!!!!!!!

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. I've brought my car 2009 Sebring convertible (only 40,000 miles on it) in and every time they charge a fortune and it's never actually fixed. This time the car wouldn't move out of park. I saw on YouTube that it is an easy fix, a small piece of plastic connector. Don Whites told me first it was an electrical problem which it wasnt, then they said the console needed to be replaced which wasn't the problem either. They pretty much threw up their hands and told me I could drive it with a screwdriver stuck into the gearshift. I said no!! We called every week and no one would return our calls. 3 months later, they called to say the repair was done. Walked in today $1000 later paid and now the convertible top will not go down. It worked when I brought it in. They said it must have been my fault. I never even left the lot! A warning light came on when I started the car. They told me they can look at it and were so rude! They slammed my keys down and stomped off. I'm still without a working car. Why bring a car to the dealer when they have no clue what they are doing and they are just the worst with customers. I've HAD it! Avoid at all costs! The customer service manager Ian said he would get in touch with Mr. White and get back to me the next day. Of course I had to call and they said he was off. Update: I finally got my car after my yelp review of one star.

Trevor was awesome to deal with. He listened to what we needed and showed us many options. During the loan process he was very supportive and helpful. We had a snag and he never once made us feel as though we were holding him up or wasting time. Would absolutely purchase from him and Don Whites again. The gentleman in financing was very friendly, outgoing and understanding when we asked a bunch of questions. Overall a fantastic experience.

Stan Carder and James Johnson went above and beyond to figure out my emissions problem. They were sympathetic to me needing my vehicle back in a timely manner and were great with communicating. Being able to pay online was also a big perk.I would go back to them with any other issues and have confidence that they will fix it.

Inept service department. I dropped off my vehicle for an early morning appointment with three straight forward service request. I had to call twice to ask for an update, and eventually at closing time I was contacted and told they could not complete the repair because parts needed to be ordered. The following week I dropped off my vehicle to complete the repair. Again, I had to reach out to get an update and was told they needed more time and had to order my parts. So I left the vehicle overnight. The next day, I once again had to reach out to ask for an update. They said the car would be ready at the end of the day. Picked up my car and was told for the first time they only fixed 2 of the 3 issues and that I would need to come back to get the last issue resolved. In all, they had my car for over 30 hours while the service department was open and still did not complete all the service requested.I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership and would absolutely avoid using this dealership's service department.

My boyfriend and I bought a car here last weekend and I’m absolutely in love with it! Big thank you to our salesman, Ashton who was very helpful in the buying process. So knowledgeable of what he was showing us, helped us get exactly what we wanted and made sure we got the best deal. We were in and out of there very quickly. Definitely recommend this place for buying your next car!

I bought the used car from Don white's. The car had interior trim loose. The floor mats and one charging port were missing. Kevin is nice person but he had to get approval from higher up, where requests were not met. And as such, our expectations were not completely met.

My experience with Don White’s Dealership was thee best! From the door I felt welcomed and safe that I was going to get honest and great service. From Ashton who was my salesman answered all my questions to help me make my decision and was so patient…to the Finance team who close the deal. I had a fantastic experience at Don Whites. My husband and I had been searching for a new vehicle at several dealers and finally decided on a grand Cherokee overland. We searched all over for the exact Jeep and Don Whites had it. The dealership is a bit of a hike from our house but we happened to be in the area so we swung by. Trevor was our salesperson and he was fantastic! We were trading two vehicles and only had 1 with us, so we had to come back with both vehicles. We had an appointment with Trevor but after so much back and forth with other dealers I truly wasn't in the mood for games. My husband told Trevor jokingly that I said he has 1 hour to get a deal done. I was tired, so I wasn't really joking. When we went back to the dealer Trevor was ready to make a deal and in the end the deal was done in 50 minutes. They were fair with their offer, friendly, and overall quick! Buying a vehicle is never a quick process, so considering, they were fast! After a hellish shopping experience with other dealerships, I could not be happier with my experience at Don Whites and will 10/10 recommend Don Whites and Trevor!

I was not in the market for a new car but was forced into it when my car was totaled. Kaleb, Justin and the rest of the team at Don Whites were so patient with me and helped me pick the best car for me and worked with me to get the deal where I needed it based on what I could afford. This has been the best car buying experience I've ever been through and I am so grateful!
