Someone recently ran into the back of my car and their insurance covered the repairs. The repairs were done at Auto Collision. The customer service was great, which was highly appreciated and the turnaround time was not bad at all. I'd recommend them and would use their services again.

AutoNation collision Repair Service did a Great Job on the repair of my new Acura after a truck backed into me. Service was quick and very well completed. I was kept in direct tough with my manager. Very pleased!

Terrible customer service, misleading promises, from day one. Mark did a terrible job of communicating about the progress of the job. Vehicle came back with marks and scuffs on the part that was supposed to be fixed and on other parts, when asked Mark said i am sure we can buff it out..come back tomorrow.
