John Acton and the crew at Freedmont Mortgage were true professionals every step of the way with our home buying experience. A home purchase with all the steps and all the paperwork can be very stressful, but the staff at Freedmont made everything as smooth as possible. I would recommend the company to anyone buying or selling property - even refinancing which I’ve also used Freedmont for with our previous home. Final grade: A+Colleen

Taking the time to clearly explain then guide my wife and I through this process was a pleasant experience. Information every step of the way is important and this team works tirelessly like a well oiled machine to set everything in place. The snack variety was cool too.

John and his team were very responsive and their automated emails with instructions and videos describing each and every step were very helpful.

The customer service I received from Kevin Murphy and his team was outstanding. Anytime I had a question, I would either call, text or email the appropriate person and if someone didn't answer the phone when I called, they would get back to me within 1-2 hrs of my communication. Kevin was great, in that he would check in with us periodically to see if we had found a house that we wanted to put a contract on, and if we needed an updated approval letter. Then his communication throughout the mortgage application/approval process continued through closing. Kevin and his team at Freedmont made it really easy and hassle-free to buy a house.

Freedmont Mortgage was an excellent company to work with! I worked with Debbie Gleit, who was absolutely amazing at helping us get everything sorted out for the loan. She went far above and beyond what I would have expected as a first time home buyer. My buyer agent was also really impressed with how communicative and helpful Debbie and her manager Scott were while we were working on the closing. Absolutely nothing negative to say about anyone I worked with and I'd definitely recommend Freedmont as the mortgage company of choice to anyone I know that's going to be buying a new home.

Some one recommended Craig Kessler to me and he exceeded my expectations! He went above and beyond and I could not have asked for things to have gone better. He let me know what to expect and help keep me motivated and comfortable throughout the whole process!Also followed up with me throughout the years to make sure i was moving in the right direction and to help me achieve my goals, and answered all my questions most of the time before i even asked!Put it this way. I went from renting for about 10 years to now a home owner with a mortgage approximately 30% less then what i was paying in rent! I could not be more grateful to him and the rest of the team, I would recommend the team and Craig to anyone!Thanks again to him and the rest of the team, truly!-Adam E

Being a first time home buyer was the best choice I ever made and I am so grateful that Freedmont Mortgage brought my dreams to life. Special thank you to Eric Carter, who always turned my frown into a smile. His patience with me was to the extreme and I can’t thank him enough for it. They were great! Being first time homeowners we did not know what to expect, but we worked with Kevin Murphy & Alyssa Tucker and they were wonderful!! They really helped us through the entire process and genuinely seemed to care about us getting this home (and we did!). They were knowledgeable and always answered emails and phone calls immediately. I would definitely recommend them!

John made my home buying experience great! He was available anytime I needed him and answered all questions I had. I went through a few realtors/companies during this process due to the different areas we were looking and each realtor pushed me to go with their lender. I stuck with Freedmont mortgage and after the experience my realators had with John they knew why. My realtor said going forward she would recommend Freedmont and I will do the same!
