They’re the worst. The system said the refill would be ready in 5 hours and when I went to pick it up 7 1/2 hours later, they hadn’t even started on it. Told me their phone system is always wrong.

Some of the staff here are not pleasant nor helpful. They think they are doing you a favour but they should just do their jobs and be a bit more pleasant to people who are I’ll and collecting medication

It does not get any worse than this. Save yourself the frustration and simply avoid this pharmacy. Slow, rude, and unemployable staff.

Refused to dispense or release prescription for rebound covid medication, prescribed by a physician because could not be run through insurance. In fact, all covid medications are despensed freely through the dept of health and they practice insurance runs in order to illegally secure copays. Giant (and everyone else) pay not a penny for covid meds and are bound to dispense cist free. Yet they charge copays and tefuse to dispense when confronted or not allowed to charge. Fr

Waited an hour for a scheduled COVID booster. The pharmacy wasn’t even busy, there were 4 pharmacists and no people in line, yet they had us waiting for an hour. They even gave a booster to someone that came in after us. The lady at the front did not have a nice attitude. Not coming back to this pharmacy

Family just wasted 90 minutes trying to get COVID boosters despite having an appointment. Their pharmacy is legitimately worse to deal with than the TSA.

Last week and for weeks or months leading up to today 11-07-2021 Giant Pharmacy advertised "Walk-ins, and no mention of needing an appt. and I beleive you couldn't even make an appt. if you wanted to!!Waste whole morning filling out Documents at home as my husband had been there just a few days prior AND DID NOT NEED APPOINTMENT!!!!I'm disabled home and bed bound so leaving home is difficult for me due to illness and disability. I am also high risk, due to my disability and had to put off vaccination until I cleared URI.Well Mrs. Sarcastic rude employee blurts out DO YOU HAVE AN APPT?? I said no and that my husband didn't need an appt just a few days ago. She replies......WELL WE CHANGED IT A FEW DAYS AGO!!Would be nice if you put the word out to your customers that one now needs an appt. This was a big deal, 1st day in over a year I've been well.enough to venture out to even obtain my booster shot and 2021 Flu shot.......GUESS WHAT.......TURNED AWAY!!! I suggest you familiarize your employees with the ADA, (Americans With Dissabilities Act) and any other laws, ordinances, legislation pertaining to Pharmacy and Healthcare regulations.It's bad enough that disabled parties don't have options for in home visits. Thanks for putting my health and medical safety at risk!!!
