“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

“Caroline at the Towson Arhaus was amazing. I’ll preface this by saying that I’m a guy with no interior design experience. I went in to check out a few specific indigo colored throw pillows for my couch that I’d seen online. It was about an hour before closing. Caroline listened to what I had in mind and then quickly got to action. She was incredibly helpful in offering a number of suggestions of varying designs and colors. I walked out an hour later with two indigo throw pillows and two large grayish (chinchilla) lumbar pillows for my couch. I’d been looking for potential combinations online for a while, and Caroline came up with the perfect combo in about an hour. It was very impressive to see Caroline in her element, thinking up new ideas to fit my goal. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I could not have gotten to this point without her help. I was also impressed with Arhaus’ quality and selection and with how friendly the whole staff was. Great customer experience!”

“I craft (knitting, sewing, jewelry making) frequently and since I moved to this area for uni, I left a ton of my supplies back home so I end up popping in here quite a lot. First things first, the employees have always been SO incredibly kind to me while I've shopped and some have helped me mentally work through a crafting idea I had which helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having. Other reviews mention the store being messy but I think they must have changed that because I've been coming here since August 2023 and it's been organized the whole time? As always; download the Joann Fabrics app on the app store and make an account for free (!!) coupons that will save you on average 40-50% off at least 1 item (not already on sale) whenever you shop in stores.”

“What an incredible experience! We presented Annette and Terri with a unique request to frame a large stained glass piece with backlighting. Even though the project was an unusual one, they gave us hope from start to finish with their attention, enthusiasm and expertise. They helped us narrow down the choice of frames so that the final selection was perfect! We are very pleased with the backlighting as well, which includes a power cord and switch. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. We are so grateful!

We purchased through our grant 55 book bags for our event this weekend that will be August 10, 2024. Rossdressforless has been a local community of Our Children Matter, since 2021, and we always look forward to meeting the needs of the community, children, and families we will always count on you all making a huge difference with us and sharing your support with others to see, it is a blessing to see we have been giving away 489 bookbags last year because of donations and support. We always look forward to Ross helping us every year whether it be for clothes or book bags for children we appreciate you all so much. “This is a great little store with great items for the house. Unfortunately SOME members of the staff are not very helpful. I wanted to buy a lamp and couldn’t figure out how to change the light bulb and all I got from one of the ladies was “if you can’t figure it out, then don’t buy it” and walked away! For a relatively expensive store, this is not what the type of customer service I expect; so they lost a sale, not so much because of the item but because of the annoyance I felt after this response.”
