Communication on first maintenance trip was terrible. 5 weeks with no loaner...but still on the waitlist...that is good. Picked up on Friday, took it back in on Wednesday.....they have now had it another week. Communication better this time. No loaner.

Despite it being a last-minute request, they could accommodate me promptly. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous attentive, and displayed a genuine willingness to assist.Amazingly, they worked efficiently and replaced my tire in record time. I was back on the road within an hour, and the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the service team was truly commendable. My recent experience at Land Rover Hunt Valley was excellent. My Service Technician, Chris Baker, sent a video walkaround within 3 hours of dropping the car. His recommendations on next steps for my vehicle were on point and the parts needed arrived the morning of the next business day, allowing me to grab my Discovery in time for a busy weekend. I also got an oil change and overall maintenence. My car felt sweet - super fast and very smooth!

I purchased my first Range Rover from Land Rover Hunt Valley. My experience was great! David made my purchase seamless and was a delight to work with. He has since followed up with me several times since leaving with my car. I definitely recommend Land Rover Hunt Valley.

My sales associate was Destenee she was a pleasure to work with and got me a great deal on my Range Rover sport. She worked hard to find me the exact car that I wanted. She was not pushy or annoying. I would highly recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a positive easy car buying experience. The dealership I had a great experience. I will definitely recommend them. I will also buy my future cars from them.

VERY happy with a custom vehicle I ordered. This was due to the assistance of my Sales Associate, David Haines. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He kept me appraised of everything from the time my order was placed until I drove off the lot in my new ride. I was prepared for the process and able to make informed decisions along the way. Customer service is everything to me and David did an excellent job!

I had an amazing experience working with David Haines, he was my sales person, he was very patient to the extreme, he went out his way to make sure we get the vehicle that we wanted. When you go to this dealership wanting to buy a car, ask for David. This places have the best customer service when it comes to buying a vehicle, there is no hidden fees, the sales manager was also a great person to work with. We will definitely come back, I will highly recommend to my friends and family, ones more thank you David, you are the best.

When I tell you I was impressed with the level of professionalism and service I received when I took my car in for service that’s an understatement. The 2020 Evoque had/had issues. I’m now paying for these previous issues. Thank God I purchased an extended warranty. My favorite is the parts dep. They will keep you posted on ordered items and very helpful.

Why pay for a Range Rover when you can't get service? I've had a warranty service appointment scheduled for weeks with a loaner vehicle required. After emailing and texting my service advisor many times (with no response) I called the service manager and was told I should not have been promised a loaner. My appointment is in less than 24 hours and no one had contacted me.

Hands down this was the best experience ever! I am a returning Range Rover customer , three times to be precise, and this was by far was my best car buying experience. Tony was the absolute best, Eric in finance was awesome , and GM was great as well. The whole team was top tier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional service! I had multiple car issues at the same time and Adrian McKay scheduled and coordinated all repairs quickly. He kept me updated on the issues, sent Alex the techs videos of the actual vehicle in the shop- very customized!! It is this quality service that keeps me coming back and buying Land Rovers- I have been a customer since 1994- have 3 Land Rovers currently.
