This was the WORST labcorp location I've ever been to! I had to wait a half an hour to save seen, with an appointment, and the nurse was incredibly rude! She barely spoke to me and jabbed the needle into my arm! Beware of this location!

Every Lapcorp I’ve been to only has one person working and the waiting rooms are full. Pay your employees better and get more help. This place is horrible. Go to Quest if you want in and out service. Lapcorp has become a joke.

Went here to get blood work done for my child and had to wait over an hour, even though I had an appointment, other people who just walked in were getting called ahead. The lady who was supposed to be at the front desk, was calling people from the back area and left the front desk unattended. Completely unprofessional.

Email and information provided before exam was lacking to what was needed/ could’ve been completed at home. Was given a QR code after filling out an online appointment sheet and told this was how you signed in for appointment. Upon arriving instead the sign-in machine asked for driver license, which was not stated in the email that you needed it, I had it because I drove but it could a problem for people who use public transport or if someone else had drive them in, and may not have it on them. Staff member I primarily interacted with was generally rude and had this “Im so over it/ I don’t care about your problems energy” When my name was called she asked me to enter this complex email to send my lab slip in, which I believe could have been completed during appointment sign up instead of at the office. I missed a letter and so the system said it could not send it because of a security error. I told her this and she’s like, “Well it worked for everyone one else.” Not really bothering to gauge whether it was an error on my end/ or their systems end and when I realized my mistake with the email and resent it she said “I told you to make sure you put it in right.” Just very rude, and I could hear the eye roll in her voice. I understand that Health care is stressful and very much under appreciated at times, but the attitude you project out to people really affects what they give back. Generally just a bad experience, would not go to this location unless it’s an emergency.

I wish I could give negative stars. I'd never been here before and took my son for blood work. The phlobotomist that was at the window was rude, insisting I never made an appointment, which I did. She continued to mock me the entire time I was there and laugh at me when I showed her proof that I did have an appointment. Horrible horrible service. Whom ever the woman that was working there today, January 29th at 1:00 should be fired. She's horrible.

My doctor directed me to this facility. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an even mediocre review of this location.
The wait time was excessive, and the staff was abrasive without providing clear directives about the process. After paying my copay and completing forms, the phlebotomist made me wait in the chair without telling me why, yet brought other patients back and made me continue to wait without explanation.
After I left, the blood draw resulted in a collapsed vein and serious bruising.
I'm not sure if all locations are this bad, or just this one.

I was afraid to go after seeing their rating, but this place is wonderful. Knowledgeable, Efficient, and Painless.

I have been going to the Hunt Valley LabCorp for many years, I have had nothing but great experiences. I just left and I felt I needed to share about another great experience.
Checking in is very simple using a kiosk, No sooner than I sat down in the waiting room, I was called back. The young girl nurse who took my blood & urine screen was so kind, she made friendly conversation. We need to appreciate hard working Americans like her.
Parking lot is small but I’ve always found a spot.
I go expecting to wait a bit 20-30 minutes, I never have waited thay long but it’s always a possibility. Whoever was working this morning…thank you.

We had been to 2 other Labcorp locations and this one was one of the most helpful. We were trying to find a location that could conduct a lactose tolerance test (as ordered by my daughter's doc). Come to find out, it is very rare that children undergo this test, let alone at the early stages of testing. The front desk staff kindly assisted me in contacting the pediatrician's office to clarify the requests and had us in and out of the facility in a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to utilize this location because we had such a positive and helpful experience.

I wish there were negative stars. This location is run by a bunch of people who simply don't give a rip. They lost my blood and iron samples then lied to me and said they didn’t have a record of me and referred me to customer service. Customer service said that they denied me because they didn’t have lab orders. The lab orders were submitted electronically and I also provided a paper back up from my Dr.Long story short they lost my blood and urine and lied to me then they lied to their customer service rep to try and make it look like it was my fault. This really sucks because I have two kids under 5 to take care of, a full time job that demands my attention, my labs need to be conducted fasting and the last thing I need to deal with are people who make my life harder because they won’t do their job with any competency. Labcorp is pretty bad in general but this location is just terrible.

The staff is awful, horrible attitudes and rude. Destiny helped me today and she was very rude the whole time no hello or anything. This place needs better staff.

I went here at 2pm yesterday, and before I brought my 90-year-old grandmother in who has a hard time walking up the extra long ramp that they had which goes from the bottom floor parking lot up to the second floor I went inside to ask the front desk guy if they had a wheelchair because a lot of doctor/medical offices have wheelchairs available. I stood there for 10 minutes before he even came out to acknowledge me or the three people that were standing behind me in line he says, did you check in? I said no I just had a question before I checked my grandmother in and him trying to be “cute” says oh, I don’t answer questions, Ha ha ha” after sticking his tongue out and giving a stupid grin. Really guy? This is a medical office. I think the staff should be a little more professional. After his demonstration of being “cute“ he finally let me ask my question after telling me “it better not be a hard question”. I asked, he said they didn’t have any wheelchairs available and I said that was fine. I was just going to help her up the ramp, no big deal, but after I got back out to the car, his rudeness just got to me and we went to another (more accessible) location in Timonium (1774 York road), which was equally as awful if not worse. I left them a review also.

I’m waiting on my new ID to come in the mail and I had proof of that to show labcorp along with my expired Id and they wouldn’t do my drug test!!!!So thankful that the employer whom I was taking the drug test for extended my window of 24/48 hours to take the test until my id come in the mail. This could’ve had me out of employment!!!A bunch of Bullcrap!!!Returned Monday 10/9/2023with my new ID and everything went smoothly but me and other customers had to deal with a very ,loud inconsiderate lady talking on her cellphone to the point I could hear her even before I entered the the office!!!The guy who did my drug screen was very nice but the lady at the desk wasn’t welcoming at all!!
