This review is for the service department. Excellent customer service, James Artis is very patient and provided exceptional service. He was very informative and made me feel as a Mercedes Benz customer. He kept me up to date on the process and delivered the service as promised.

Had recent scheduled maintenance. Service department recommend from complete brake job (rotors, pads and sensor). 6k to complete job. Contacted dealer parts for said items and purchased for 4.3k, stopped and asked Service Advisor about 1.7k labor quote, and didn't get logical answer. Left unreturned message with Service manager. Guest I'll have to shop elsewhere for maintenance needs.

The other negative reviews seem to mirror my story in one way or another. I bought a used 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from MB of Hunt Valley in October of '22. I was told more than once in person, through text message and by email that the car was a "one owner with most of the factory warranty left" ( 39 months) by Elya (who of course no longer works there), which was the deciding factor in buying this particular car. I was told the same story by René in finance while filling out my paperwork before leaving with the car. Fast forward 10 months, while my car is at the dealer for a recall I'm told by the service manager the car only has 4 months of warranty left. Long story short, I reached out to MB of Hunt Valley multiple times to address the issue, and to see if they would make it right by assisting me in purchasing an extended warranty to cover the 29 months of warranty I was led to believe were currently left on my car. After five days of calling and leaving messages, the "used car manager" finally called me back. They're unwilling to help me purchase the warranty that THEY told me my car had in the first place when I bought it. I was misled by the salesman and the finance manager when I bought the car and am now having to shell out $3k on an extended warranty. If I could leave zero stars I would. Places like Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley are why people don't trust dealers for sales or service. Stay FAAAAAARRRRRRR away from these clowns.

Eight years later and I bought my second Benz from MB of Hunt Valley. Exceptional experience from the jump. Marshall is the rep to work with. Paperwork is always the worst part, but the team made it bearable. They didn't add money on top of the MSRP like Toyota and Honda did. In fact, I paid $15k less for my MB than what Toyota quoted me for a similar (size/capacity) vehicle. I've never had a bad experience with service or sales since 2015. Good luck and enjoy the ride!

When I walked in no one said anything to me. They all just stared. I had to walk over to two employees that were talking and asked if I could test drive a car. They looked around at each other and then told a younger sales associate to help me. We walked out to the lot and proceeded to ask questions but the young guy just kept saying he didn't know. He didn't know how many miles were on the cars, there were no sale papers listed on most of the cars so he didn't know how much they were. All of the doors were locked and none of the used cars were clean. He kept trying to sell me the highest used car on the lot which was some sort of BMW for $90,000+. He didn't bring any keys so that I could sit in the cars. He had a real I don't care attitude as did most of the staff. Needless to say, I left and went down the street to the Porsche dealer and purchased a used E300 and they had excellent customer service.

I bought a mustang from them. Elya promised it has two keys. Delivered with one key missing. Then he promised to post it after 3 months no post and promised to pay the key replacement cost. Got a new key $500 and now he says manager changed can't refund key cost. Complained to MD AG but this dealership if it was not for the false promises would have been a 5 star. As is I am out of $500 so they charged me more than the ticket price.

My father has purchased 4 vehicles at MBHV. The first three had no problems. The most recent one on 5/18/22 was a 2022 EQS450+ list price approximately $110K. MBHV mixed up the title with another vehicle. They have claimed they have resolved the issue with the DMV, however, the tags are still not transferred and the temporary registration is about to expire in 3 days. He does not have a title. In the last conversation he had with MBHV they advised him to go to DMV to resolve the issue. He is 85 years old and they tell him to wait in line at the DMV. They will not return a phone call.

This is easily the worst automobile dealership on the entire planet Earth. I contacted them to make an appointment for a test drive of a car advertised on Cars.com. They responded that the car was out on a test drive, but if it did not sell they would contact me. The car did not sell, they contacted me, so far so good. It was near closing time on a Friday, so I made an appointment for the test drive for the earliest possible slot (9:30am) for Saturday. So far still good. We left our house for the 1 hour drive to the dealership at 8:30am on Saturday. At 9:02am, we get a call that the car sold that morning. The dealership opens at 9:00am, and somehow I am to believe the car sold 2 minutes after opening. OK keep reading this is not the end of the debacle. We turn around, disappointed but nothing we can do about it, and headed home. At 10-ish in the morning they call me back, and tell me the deal fell through and that the car is available if I want it. I ask "ok but I do not want to go through this again, can I give you a deposit with my credit card to hold the car for the next 2 hours?" Salesman Eman Monroe tells me "no sir, we will reserve the car for you for 24 hours, no deposit required." I agree to go back and we make the 1 hour drive to the dealership. We arrive to be met by the showroom manager to be told the car is sold. No apology, no consideration, nothing but an attitude that was condescending and unprofessional. I wasted hours of time and half a tank of $4/gallon gasoline on these inept, self-centered, unprofessional, and incompetent people only interested in themselves. Worst experience with a car dealer in my 64 years of being upright. I recommend you never even consider doing business with these tools.
