Had full inspection but noticed they didn't say anything about why my engine vibrant ? i had to take the car somewhere els to get it inspected again . I called them to see why they didn't check the engine mount but didn't get any call back ?

I have had a wonderful experience here. After having a horrible experience at another dealership in Virginia. Sam Wu really took care of me, texted me occasionally and kept me updated about my vehicle. I even called back to leave a good word to the General Manager on how outstanding the service was. Took my 2010 E 350 for rear subframe recall . Everything change with no cost and process was easy and friendly .Just little disappointed on Mercedes quality .

I have always had excellent experiences here. My service advisor Jessica is wonderful and very helpful in helping me decide which repairs are truly necessary. I have never felt like I was being upsold, which I truly appreciate. I will continue to bring my car here for service.

Staff was courteous and professional. I was impressed with the video sent to my cell phone of the tech working on my vehicle. The waiting room was clean; and coffee and pastry were provided.

The recall was completed in a timely manner. My hesitation for not providing higher rating I arrived at 7:21 for a 7:30 appt and when they opened the doors at 7:30 I was the 2nd vehicle pulled into the bay. However, I had to wait for 2 other customers to be assisted because I was assigned to an Associate that had the other 2 customers assigne to him as well, even though there were 2 other Associates without any customers. Not the best planning in my opinion.
