The service personnel were attentive and got to the bottom of the problem with the vehicle. While they had the vehicle to complete the work, I was given a loaner which was very convenient for me. Hunt Valley Mercedes service was A1. My car came back to me fixed and clean as well, ......Thank You!

Best service department in the state. I come all the way from Fort Lee, NJ to work with this team. Additionally, they always try to fit you in. Jessica is my go-to person, she is funny and always in a great mood, the front desk staff is always professional, and I love the younger gentlemen who usually washes your car. Thank YOU!

When I took my car for service, I asked if they could check the brakes preparing myself for a serious charge. After the service was finished, the manager told me the brakes were fine and he didn't see any problem at all.I'm not a cynic, but my past experiences haven't been this honest and transparent.Very pleased with the work and their ethics. Highly recommend.

Service was cool. The mechanic seems very knowledgable. They addressed all of my concerns which im very happy about. My experience with service redeemed my overall experience with the sales team. Overall, great place to get tour Mercedes serviced.

Worst customer service in the industry. Bought a used vehicle from them, that needed a sunroof repair. They ended up keeping the vehicle for almost a month, got it back and the sunroof stopped working 1 day later. I sold the vehicle and have been trying ever since, to cancel the extended warranty I purchased. Unfortunately, the finance manager doesn't answer the phone or return emails. In fact, no one from Autonation seems to answer the phone or return emails unless it's sales. This place is happy to take your money but don't count on them to do much else.

there were several elements that were disturbing about this purchase. I will describe the worst. When I picked up the car, after it had been in service for nearly a week converting it from a loaner to a car for sale, I noted that the car had a small dent. I was told it could be easily be attended to by bringing in the car the following week. I purchased the car with that caveat. I returned the following week for an appointment they made and the car sat there for 2 days without the dent being fixed and was told to pick it up and reschedule. I waited at least a week and was then told they didn't have someone to fix it. At that point, I went to google and found in a half hour at least 2 providers who could do it at my home the next day. I selected one who came out and fixed the small indentation. I wrote back with the receipt attached and suggested that they reimburse me or give me back at least what they projected their cost would have been IF they had done it. I have received nothing.

I had a problem with my car while driving in an area I am not familiar with. But fortunately for me, Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley was within a couple of blocks. Everyone was kind and helpful. They saw to my car's problem right away and I was back on the road very quickly. Thank you so much for squeezing me into your busy service schedule and being so kind. I really appreciate the above and beyond level of service I received in a moment of need. Thank you!

Outstanding service. Had an issue with my rear passenger door since I purchased my car. Owings Mills Mercedes had my car on 2 different occasions for a total of 2 weeks. Never fixed the door and on top of it, I had a pair of designer sunglasses stolen that I had left in the loaner. The Hunt Valley location had my car for 2 days for a routine service check and fixed the door!! They've won my service here in Maryland.

Second car from HV MB and equally as exceptional as the first.Respectful, helpful, and super easy and efficient. Marshall is exceptional — over the top customer service. The GM, sales manager and paperwork guy were all easy to work with.Service team has also been exceptional.Absolutely not one issue in eight years and two vehicles.Incidentally, when every other dealer is tacking onto the MSRP, HV MB isn’t. I got an exceptional deal as well. I cannot think of anything that would have made this experience better. Thanks Marshall, and team!My dogs love their new ride.

When trying to schedule the appointment for an oil change, the receptionist was not very nice and refused to schedule my appt because I did not have my VIN available so I scheduled online and the VIN was not necessary. The experience in the shop was amazing. Jessica was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure I knew what service was due at what mileage. Thanks!

I have been servicing my Mercedes-Benz E350 for many years. The reason is that although the company has had many changes their staff of mechanics has been their for years and are by far the most experienced shop for Mercedes in the area. Their service manager has been their over 30 years. That kind of talent in one place gives a great deal of confidence that my car will be finished correctly the first time. The fact that they give me a new Mercedes as a loaner even if the car sits there waiting parts makes it very convenient. I highly recommend them. You can go there with confidence. AJR

The staff was very attentive and understood my concerns about buying a new vehicle, particularly an electric vehicle. They answered all my questions and handled everything efficiently.
