AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I set up an online appointment in Nov '23. The store installed the wrong tires and in the process also seriously damaged my wheels. My wheels are factory powdercoated (Toyota TRD Pro) and the shop chose to use a die-grinder to "prepare" the surface to adhere stick on wheel weights. This irreparably damaged the finish of my wheels and left large silver streaks on an otherwise flat black set of wheels. This is also not an industry standard practice as they should have used solvent/cleaner to prep the surface. Their only suggested resolution was to offer to spray paint my wheels and refund me $400 for the cost difference in the tires. Spray paint is not anywhere near as durable as powder coating and would not bring my wheels back to the condition they were before this shop damaged them. They also have not actually provided the refund they promised although it has been 6 weeks and I've followed up many times. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with a shop that takes ZERO accountability.

Never coming here again. Came in for rotors and pads, left with a completely screwed up wheel bearing making noises that night and failed on me a couple days later. Usually do stuff on my own car but was short on time but seriously do routine maintenance stuff yourself if you can. Probably do it better than here and for a fraction of the cost

If I could give this place "0" stars I would. Too much to write in a reivew but we have used them for years with no issues until last month when a one-day job (new ball joints and control arms) was turned into a 30 day nightmare without my car. In the process I was given my car back twice. The first time they handed me the keys and told me I should have a 3rd party check it out because it was deemed unsafe to drive. It was immediately returned and then told it was fixed but had "squeaks" they could not fix. It sounded like the car was haunted, moaning, squeaking, rattling. Eventually I had to pay $600 for another mechanic to make my car safe to drive again. I have spent countless hours with corporate (Monro), as well as BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency and my credit card company trying to recoup the money I wasted at this joke of a shop. The mechanics should be fired for their inability to complete basic work. The manager should be fired for lying to his customer, and sending me home in a car he deemed not safe to drive (and only replacing one of the two ball joints, leaving the old one intact but charging me for parts and labor on both). When a 2nd attempt was made to complete the job properly, they failed miserably, resulting in me having to take it elsewhere and the other mechanic had to take the entire job apart and put it back together. The list is too long of what they screwed up, but just to give you an idea...these are the bolts they used to hold my ball joints together. One is old, rusty and bent. The other is the wrong size and not even safe for a vehicle.

No only did they double charge me for labor, their prices for parts are much higher than other local places. Their new store manager needs some lessons on customer service and how to be respectful. I've been going there for well over 10 years, but never again. Corporate wouldn't help either. Avoid unless you want to overpay.

I'll try to make this as short as possible and keep my real thoughts to myself. My truck needed a new battery. I got there at 7:30 which is what they advertise as when they open. I was told 8:00 is when work starts. OK... that's odd. I was also told that it'd be done by 8:20. Didn't happen. Finally, closer to 9:00 I get my truck back and, as soon as I got in, I knew it was trouble. The electric seat moved into a position that wasn't my setting and the display had reverted to a different color theme with icons that weren't as I'd left them. I'd heard stories of computers needing time to reset themselves so I took off, figuring it would sort itself out.Well... I got down the road, turned the AC on and it was blowing hot air. Tried to change the temperature with the touch screen and it either jumped to all the way up or all the way down. Buttons did the same thing. Drove back to the store and watched as a technician spent about a half hour scratching his head over the OBDII scanner. Finally was told to take it to a Monroe store in Reisterstown where they would absolutely be able to take care of it. After 20 minutes there, that didn't work either. "Take it to Dodge".I don't know too much about working on vehicles anymore, but I do know that there are two ways to save the memory on a computer - The scanners the techs use can save it or you can use a simple device known as a memory saver which keeps juice going to the computer when the battery is being replaced. Obviously, neither was used. So, as it is, I paid $300 for a battery and a nice headache. Looks like I'm in for a trip to a dealer - meaning I'm going to wind up spending the money I wanted to save in the first place by NOT going to a dealer. I'm going to contact Monro to see if they'll remedy this. Depending on the outcome, good or bad, I will update this review.Bottom line? Driving across town for someone's mistake is ridiculous. I can't recommend this store if they can't properly install a simple battery without issues.******************An update - my response to Monro's reply:I did call that number and, because of the high volume of calls, I was given the opportunity to request a call back. I did just that and I'm still waiting for that call. If you really want to resolve this, please post a number that will put me directly in touch with a person capable of making decisions.

I was at this Mr Tire at 730 am this morning when they were supposed to open. I waited until 8am and still no mechanic showed up. Very unprofessional. I am 3 hours from home and will have to miss an important training for work because thier employees show up when they want too.

Wow! This place is amazing… customer services is unbelievable, being a women I was hesitant that I would be taken advantage of and get ripped off or scammed in some way, but not here. I have trip coming up and I have rental car, I needed to find a place to get two tires changed, mind you I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do it in a day! But was I wrong, I called many places trying to find someone close by and who could do it it same day, and then when I called here I was pleasantly surprised with kind and helpful guy on the other end of the phone who was willing to help me out! I paid a deposit and he reassured me he will call me back when the tires that I need are at the shop, mind you by that time it was mid morning, I was sceptical but by lunch time I got a call back that tires are at the shops and I can come in to get those changed. I was relived that just few days before my trip I was able to take care of it without much stress.I highly recommend this place, they are compassionate, understanding, helpful I could go on…If you read my review in full thank you for that…

Friendly and professional staff. They even apologized that it took a little longer than expected to complete my oil change. They also did not try to upsell anything. They took my vehicle back right away (I had an appointment), I got my oil changed and was out of there. They price they gave me upfront was exactly what I was charged.

Well, in addition to the reviews about the actual work, I can say don't bother making an appointment, it won't be honored. I made the mistake today of scheduling an appt and when I took off work early to get the work done, was told they weren't taking any more customers today. When I said, wait I have an appt, they paused, looked confused, and said it didn't matter. It didn't help that when I drove in I saw a few of the mechanics standing around. What's the point of making an appointment, I asked. With no answer, I ask, what's the point of trusting Mr. Tire?

They make things more difficult than need be. Parts available nearby but ordered out of stste and a week's wait. Don't make that extra little effort to get something done

Went to get a oil change and I was greeted by Rebecca Allen who was more than helpful for the needs of my vehicle. She’s great at her job and attention to details. I will highly recommend this location to family and friends!

Disgusting! I used to love the Mr. Tire in Cockeysville (Warren Rd) Mike and Jeff were the best and so honest. Now I was just scammed out of $800 because the manager Devon has no idea about tires, managing or the industry. I went in with a nail in the tire to patch/plug. He said it couldnt be done, needed to replace the tire (I trusted him=mistake) but fine, then you need to replace the other front tire because it is dry rotted. Wait, you replaced that tire 7 months ago. Well I didnt buy the road hazard so Im out of luck. Wait, isnt there a warranty from the manufacturer? Devons response "I dont know". I asked to speak to the manager thats when he informed me he was the manager. So I asked again, "you are the manager and you dont know if your tires have a warranty?" He hung up on me. I went to pick up my car (to never return). work was already done. He told me I was rude. I asked him if he could answer my question yet, do your tires have a manufacturers warranty? He said no. I pointed to all the tires on the wall and that they all have some sort of warranty. He just laughed. Many other people in the waiting room had the same or similar problems and were just trying to get their cars out of there to never return. I will be disputing the entire charge and possibly seeking legal action to recoup the money that was stolen from me.

Thursday i came in without an appointment to get an oil change on my girlfriend’s car. Becca took me right away and got it done fast. They even let me know about some routine maintenance that needed to be done on the car. This location definitely prioritizes customer safety. Becca was honest and very knowledgeable. Thank you to the staff at this shop!!!!!
