I made a $500 dollar cash deposit using the drive thru. I guess they were really busy. After 10 minutes I asked for a balance too. I kept waiting...A few cars drove through the ATM. I had then been waiting over 15 minutes. I then drove out and parked. I would have left but i still had no receipt. I expected a line inside but no one was in there. One teller was counting money. The other teller called me up and then started to attend to the drive thru. That was me too. I asked for my receipt and balance. She said " I need your ID" . I said "you didn't need it for my deposit."I was angry already and mentioned I guess you ladies are busy counting money and left. I suggest if you are on a time schedule visit the M&T on Shawan Road in the Hunt Valley Town Center.The service is always impeccable and their Safe Deposit Boxes are fantastic.

Honestly why do people even go inside the bank there’s no reason unless you’re getting a money order a cashiers check or making a large withdrawal or deposit everything you could do online or call your debit card on the back

The branch manager was very prompt and helpful when I needed a damaged credit card replaced; however, one of the associates was not helpful and very argumentative in (not) resolving my M&T spam issue--had to go to the Hunt Valley branch to get better service.

Every single time I'm in here everyone's always short and not pleasant. There never a line but somehow it takes 10 minutes to help one person. They need to pick be nice to customers !!!

How many people does it take to deposit a check? Three; one person to deal with a customer with a technical request, and two people to sit on their butts and ignore the growing line. Waited 20 minutes in line - really? Work on your customer service, people.

There is a young man who is a teller at this location and I just find him to really dislike his job and/or people. He never seems cheery, he barley says hello and comes off a bit rude. Not good!
