“I came to the shop to see if I could get my tire patched due to it having a nail. I knew that the shop would probably be busy as today is the day before thanksgiving. I was kind of disappointed to have waited close to 4 and 1/2 hours before hearing a status on the car which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. As a customer, it shows personal interest and a respect for customers time when status updates are given on the service of our cars. Overall, my experience was positive and I would come back to get my car serviced here.”

“I found Hillen Tire and Auto Service by happenstance just when I needed them.I had a bad experience with another local mechanic and was feeling less than optimistic about finding someone reputable and reliable to help me navigate the repairs on my car that the other place recommended as “critical”.After doing my due diligence of calling multiple places for quotes and reading reviews, I found Hillen simply by driving by it.I called for a quote on a Friday. The staff at Hillen was knowledgeable and friendly and I decided to make an appointment with them for the following Monday based on our phone conversation. I’m so happy I did.After replacing 4 tires for $300 less than the other place wanted to charge, Brian, the owner, personally walked me through the list of items the other mechanic had given me and told me what repairs were actually necessary for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek.(And whoever wrote in the reviews that the owner was attractive wasn’t lying!)But Brian’s good looks, while noteworthy, are not the focal point here. What I most wish to convey in this review is the transparency and the integrity that I witnessed with Brian and the staff at Hillen. They were kind, knowledgeable, professional and courteous.I actually felt seen and heard when I expressed my concerns. Brian took the time to explain everything to me and I left reassured that my car was in fact safe to drive and that I didn’t need a lot of the “suggested” repairs the other place listed as critical.So if you have been struggling to find an honest (attractive) team of humans who are going to tell you straight up what you need and who aren’t trying to just make a dollar off of you, and who do a great job, Hillen is your place.I left the 1st mechanic in tears. The mechanic explained to me it was my left tire that was low in air and helped me right away.Today, I went to them for a full synthetic oil change. Everyone was kind and caring. I would highly recommend them for being open and explaining everything that needs to be done thoroughly. Blessings to everyone there and family all. Thank you all for being very kind, and caring.”

“The shop was very efficient and ran smoothly. They had several cars in line and yet did my oil change in 30 minutes or less. All bays were in use and all staff engaged. They were very attentive when I arrived and immediately acknowledged me and asked what I needed done. The general manager (Cee) was very welcoming and friendly. I had no issues using my coupon and communication was on point. Cee told me I would need an engine filter next time and did not try to up-sell me on other things. He told me they topped off fluids and the air in my tires. He even told me how much air they put in and that their policy is to top off any fluids or air for the next 3000 miles at any Jiffy Lube! I will be back and would absolutely recommend them.”

“My oil light came on this morning. I went in for an oil change. Ken told me I did not need an oil change that the filter was not fitting tightly. The crew tighten the filter and topped off the oil. No charge! Class act.”

“The folks at Jiffy Lube are fast, friendly and give great service at a decent price. I'm going to use today's visit as an example. Before they started working on my car one of the technicians approached me and said that my oil change wasn't due for 800 more miles and asked if they should proceed. As it turns out I have an emission inspection due so I said yes, please go ahead. But asking if I really wanted their service? Who does that? When they come to me and tell me they've found a correctable problem I know that they're being honest. They've earned my trust, time and again. Today was just another example. Thanks Jiffy Lube.”
