“My husband had to put the spare on my truck on a Monday night due to a screw in my tire. Called Carney Tire on Tuesday morning and they had no problem with me dropping off my tire the same day. While I was dropping off the tire (10 minutes after I called) They made sure the spare was securely on the truck before I went to work. After work, I stopped to pick up the (permanently patched) tire and while I was there, they put the tire back on the truck and also put my spare back - all for $53.
The staff was super nice and efficient. They have definitely earned a loyal customer!”
“I have been coming here since 2017 for most of my auto care needs. The staff have been very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable/experience mechanics. The prices have been reasonable and the serve is usually fast. The wait room is clean.”
“Such a good service, they treat their customers great. They’re so nice. I loved their service. Their employee named Keys is such a nice person, he’s kind, and so respectful.”
“Maryland State vehicle inspection. The staff was professional & personable. The waiting area was really nice & the price was better than expected. I had to follow up on something and was given an excellent recommendation that got everything taken care of within a few hours. Highly recommend!”
“Fantastic. I pulled up and went right on. 15 minutes later oil change, vacuum, tires rotation, fluids topped, and recommendations. Ronald was highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and this location”
“I came in without an appointment for a nail in my tire. Ron was very nice and checked me in and took care of it for me with no issues. From my very short visit, I could tell right away that William (manager) goes out of his way to look out for both his customers and staff. 10/10 experience.”
“I just wanna thank management and the head mechanic for prioritizing my vehicle in the final hour of the day to get me back on the road. I truly appreciate The urgency and the professionalism. Thank you”

“I came to NTB in Reisterstown MD to purchase a tire and to get an oil change. I was greeted by Timothy the asset manager with a smile and a nice personality. He took care of me in timely and I was very pleased.”
“The Staff was and is excellent! I recently just got my first car. Its a used car but new to me! I had a bad with Mr.Tire down the street and my Mother suggested that I use Jiffy Lube because she has always had an excellent job done to here with all the cars that she had! I came in and all three employees treated me and my Mother with respect. They broke everything down to me from suggestions for the type of oil I should use down to explaining everything I needed to come back to fix soon and I could come back and get everything done over the next few weeks. Only thing I forgot to ask was for them to rotate my tires but I will get that done next Month when I go in to get the last 3 or so things done. Thank you to this great staff and keep up the great work!”

“Awesome Jiffy Lube location. Today it was extremely hot but the staff still provided excellent service as always. I was in and out with an oil change in 10 minutes. Even though there are other Jiffy Lube locations closer to where I live I always hit this location!”
“They were extremely courteous and quick with the service. They explained what they saw and intended to do in a clear and concise way. I didn't feel forced or pressured into additional services. The professional and friendly nature means I'm definitely going to go back for future work that they're able to handle”

“Took my daughter to Jiffy Lube today because the oil change in her car was over due. Had a great experience. It did not take long for them to complete the signature service oil change. Less time than I anticipated. We we're there for a total of about 15-20 minutes. We accidentally left something there, and one of the staff came out to the car when we were leaving to make sure that we got it back. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this location and if you are in need of a quick oil change.”
