“Interstate Tire is hands down the very best tire shop in the region bar none! They provide excellent service in all facets of their business including tire replacement, tire repair, brake pad & rotor replacement and front & rear alignments. Their prices on tires cannot be beaten - period! The only downside to Interstate are the length if time you end up having to wait when you decide to stay with your vehicle rather than dropping it off. However, those wait times are because they are so damned busy, which is a true testament to how damed good they are at what they do! I've been going to them for more than 10 years and will NEVER go anywhere else for tires - full stop!”

When it was time to pick up my vehicle , I did not have to wait because the service center opens at 7:30am which is extremely convenient.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Don Whites. My husband and I had been searching for a new vehicle at several dealers and finally decided on a grand Cherokee overland. We searched all over for the exact Jeep and Don Whites had it. The dealership is a bit of a hike from our house but we happened to be in the area so we swung by. Trevor was our salesperson and he was fantastic! We were trading two vehicles and only had 1 with us, so we had to come back with both vehicles. We had an appointment with Trevor but after so much back and forth with other dealers I truly wasn't in the mood for games. My husband told Trevor jokingly that I said he has 1 hour to get a deal done. I was tired, so I wasn't really joking. When we went back to the dealer Trevor was ready to make a deal and in the end the deal was done in 50 minutes. They were fair with their offer, friendly, and overall quick! Buying a vehicle is never a quick process, so considering, they were fast! After a hellish shopping experience with other dealerships, I could not be happier with my experience at Don Whites and will 10/10 recommend Don Whites and Trevor!”

Update: I’ve had my 2024 Land Rover a year and took it to the Hunt Valley office for a service. The team was very professional and informative. Jonathan the service manger was very thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. Job well done
Update: May 2025 - Did a recall service today. Everything went smoothly and service technician kept me fully informed through out the process. Very good experience.
Update: February 2026: I had running boards installed and everything went well. The Land River team was cooperative and work closely with me to eunsute my needs were fully met.
Update (August 2026). The maintenance support team at Land Rover Hunt Valley has been outstanding. Whenever I have had an issue involving my 2024 Defender, the service team has consistently been responsive, professional, and helpful. They deserve the highest praise for the way they have supported me and my vehicle.
Unfortunately, my experience regarding a maintenance-plan issue has been very different. For the past eight months, I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this matter with the customer financial services manager. Despite my continued follow-up, I have yet to receive a conclusive response or satisfactory resolution.
I greatly appreciate the exceptional maintenance team, but eight months without a clear answer on a financial-services matter is extremely disappointing. I hope management will review this issue and provide the same level of professionalism and accountability that the maintenance team consistently demonstrates.”

“Moraine provided great service under very difficult conditions. There was loud construction noise overhead when I got out of my car in the service area. So loud , in fact, that we had to shout to hear each other. She came into the waiting area to let me know my car was ready and that there was no internet available to process my payment. We agreed on how the issue was to be resolved and she took care of it. With each interaction Moraine was appropriate and professional.”

After receiving a recall notice for my Jeep, I called Don White's Service Department to schedule an appointment. Surprisingly, I was able to get a next day appointment! Jessica, in the service department, thoroughly explained the process to me. I was offered bottled water while I waited in the lounge. My appointment was for 9:15 and I was done by 10! Even though I did not purchase my Jeep here, the staff went out of their way to see if I needed anything. Unexpectedly, they even washed my pollen laden Jeep after the update. I highly recommend them.”

“Do not service your vehicles at this dealership. They charged more than $500 for simple oil change for front rear differentials. Service manager is rude and mistreats minority customers. A detailed cost estimate was prepared showing overcharge of $344.99 on this job. Estimate and supporting references were sent to the dealership, however they did not reply. Complaint was filed to the MD attorney general's office, on this highway robbery. General manager contacted latter to inform me, they will not settle this issue with me and will deal with the attorney general's office on this complaint. Attorney general office was not abled to mediate on this issue, they reported, dealership has declined to cooperate with them.”
