Edited/ update: i got my corollas left side mirror replaced as it was damaged on 1/17/23. I only had one problem with them and here it is. When they replaced the whole mirror i noticed there was no defrost sign on it so i asked if it has that function because the original one had it, I just found out now with the winter weather change that mirror does not have the defrost in Nov23. Steve the manager was kind enough to call me and acknowledge the issue and gave me a quick appointment to get the correct part for the mirror and resolve the issue. Much appreciated service!

One week ago I brought my car in to get an estimate to fix some dents. Photos were taken and an estimate promised to be emailed to me. One week later.... nothing! I have left a voicemail, sent an email, spoken to a manager who sounded annoyed, and ... nothing. If they can't manage an estimate after a WEEK, no way are they touching my car. This is no way to run a business.

I had a wonderful experience at SDR Cockeysville! I had some minor damage from a hit and run. They were friendly and fast! The work turned out great! Steve, the manager, was knowledgeable and helpful! Olivia was my point of contact. She did everything she said and kept in contact with me. I really liked getting updates via text. If I ever had another issue, I would bring my vehicle here again. I highly recommend this location!

I used to be so depressed, that is until i met Corey and the SDR crew. This was the greatest experience of my entire life, so great in fact that if I had a time machine with only a one time use- i would use it to go back to this very moment so I could relive this life changing experience. I havent stopped smiling since, i cannot wait to tell my future grandkids so that they can pass this on for many generations. I would give 5 stars, but the last star is at SDR Collision and his name is Corey Sipes

STAY AWAY from this body shop. They do not care about making their customers happy. No communication, you have to call them over and over till they finally answer the phone so you can find out the status of the vehicle or if its ready for pick up. You will have to do there job for them and research parts for you. They dont do the work that you ask them to. All in all these worst body shop ive ever been too

My car has now been in the shop for THREE WEEKS and if it weren’t for me calling and asking about it, I still wouldn’t even have an update at this point!! RIDICULOUS!They might do the most excellent work in town but I wouldn’t even know….Should’ve read reviews BEFORE choosing SDR.10/10 … do NOT recommend.

Although it took over 4 months to repair my car after an accident, SDR did a nice job. I believe parts and the lack of staff delayed my job. The only advice I have for management is to work on your customer service. Your estimators need to return customers' calls in a timely fashion. Having your car detained for months is not fun.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job repairing the car, don’t get me wrong. However, the communication and customer service for thousands of dollars is terrible. Insurance said the repair for my husbands car would take 10 days, they completed it in a month (granted I understand insurance doesn’t comprehend the physical labor and unexpected things that come up while repairing a car). Thus, making us incur ridiculous charges from the rental company without knowing when we could turn it back in because Geico would cover only 30 days. We did not hear from anyone that works here until we called, and then were met by attitude from their receptionist- don’t even bother calling because she’ll just tell you it’s in the shop and they’ll call you when it’s done with a bonus of a nasty attitude like she’s inconvenienced by answering the phone. They told us it would be done this past Friday or Monday at the latest (while trying to upsell on fog light repair)- my husband didn’t get any communication or pick it up until today (Wednesday). My husband is out several hundred dollars because they’re unprofessional and didn’t start the car right away when THEY told us when to drop it off. Don’t go here unless you have a second vehicle or, you’re ready to give enterprise money for their incompetence when it comes to customer service. This would have been a 10/10 experience if they’d only communicate and not act like customers are an inconvenience. If they’d have only been honest about the timeframe we would’ve went somewhere else - y’all are not the only body shop around and we will never bring a vehicle here again.Service: Body & Trim

Worst body shop on the planet. I was d*** enough to use this place a 2nd time after they screwed Mr the first time, lied about having parts and then Kelli g my car hostage for week after week claiming they didn’t have parts. Don’t go here unless your ready for these idiots to warehouse your car for a month or more.

Thought was really good till had to take back because piece in back was coming up in 2 weeks. After picking up for second time they forgot to put all the parts together still have to take back third time. Then also had 2 plugs in my brand new tires someone in there shop whom ever drove it ran over something. Showed them pictures which they denied no one ran over anything. Lexus verified it was two plugs and another nail which also had to be fixed none was there till I picked my truck up from them. Thats okay God will handle them.

I picked up my truck today and it was basically brand new!I've used SDR Cockeysville twice now after getting rear ended twice in one year. Both times they exceeded expectations in quality and service. Both times I had Estimator Jim handle my job and work with the insurance company to make the process a smooth and easy process. He made the entire thing seamless. The customer service is amazing and they're very knowledgeable about what they're doing. The paint team has to be the best in the state! 5 Stars and 10/10 for SDR Cockeysville!!Service: Body & Trim

To whome it may concernIf you want to have your car very late and fixed low quality and very expensive + dead fish smell welcome to this store.You can have your car after 4 months with no radio antenna and some extra noise because they forgot to install some parts.And very few unprofessional manager is ready to ignore you .When you ready to exploding they offer you some water.

I just want to give a shout out to Jim Hobson and let the owner know that they have one of the best employees I have seen in a long time. He helped me out when I was hit by a commercial vehicle that did some major damage to my SUV. I stopped by today and Jim came out and helped me. Quality work, however the communication and client expectation management could use great improvement as I've been told for nearly a week that my car would be ready the following day.As is life, things happen, however the client outreach and communication regarding status and what to expect could use improvement in my opinion. No one likes to be disappointed and to make plans only to have to continually rearrange and have to feel like they are getting the run around instead of a direct answer.After leaving this review - I was contacted by management and the experience has been better in communication- but as far as results go the ordered part from the initial delay is wrong - causing additional further unexpected delays. I am absolutely perplexed at the continuing issues though management seems to be doing what they can - Dawn is quite pleasant. I can’t say I’m pleased in the least bit at the end of the day in regards to my results and turn around time. As a business owner myself - I am appalled at what is occurring.Service: Body & Trim
