Sean is the guy! Throughout my entire usage at SSP he made it easy! From showing my fiancé and I the unit, answering the billion questions we had, as well as the process to close the contract completely he was there. Granted we know its a storage unit and its not meant to be complicated at all, however, having someone there who cared made the process 100X better. Thanks Sean, you rock brother!

Update 3 07/25: left online message with office but still no contact. Also contacted main customer service who passed along a second message but still no contact from Cockeyville Office. Poor communication.
Update 2 07/25: After being told the matter/bill was resolved 6 months ago with no amount owed, I received a bill from a debt collector on behalf of Self Storage Plus. Will need to seek resolution again.
Original post 12/24: Poor communication.
Update 1 12/24: I was contacted by Self Storage Plus to address concerns and all was resolved promptly and professionally.

We have had a unit there for several years and just added a second that was conveniently located near the first. They are well kept, well secured, convenient and trustworthy.
