The customer service at this location is excellent. I visited the store and started a new plan for my family. With a lingering issue of promotion, the store managers have patiently worked toward a resolution.You will be in good hands if visiting this store.

I bought new iPhone and requested for update. First day, they denied to help because they said i visited store late 25 min before close. Next day, I visited store again for help, one employee said he couldn’t help because of lack of knowledge. Worse customer service. It was frustrating to waste 2 days to get new phone update. I am not trying to make falls claim. Please try to improve customer service in the future.Thank you!

Went to upgrade my daughter's phone. She decided on the Samsung S22 . We were given the S23 and the case and screen saver for the S22. Besides the phone being $100 more expensive (not a problem because I liked it better anyway) , the screen saver was fine, but now the case is a different story. The buttons don't match up and now I have to get a new one.So I emailed the store to start a "chat" twice. Got no reply either time. Went to the store to return the case and was told the 14 day return window had elapsed ( yesterday) . Left the store vowing never to return. Got a phone call from the assistant manager and told her the same. 24 years with Tmobile only had 2 problems both at this store .

I note that a lot of the reviews are from some time ago. I had a problem on both of my lines, and spent over 2 hours on the chat line (since I had no phone service) trying to work it out. Was finally told it was due to a "glitch" - no really?Finally gave up and went to the T-mobile store at 10015 York Road Cockeysville. No appointment. Walked in and was greeted by the manager. Fixed everything – both lines - within 15 minutes, and, after 10 more minutes for things to take effect, everything worked. This includes my old phone which I use as a backup on the second line and which I was told by the online folks needed a new sim - not true.Personable, quick, certainly took care of my problems in a hurry and got me back in service with both phones. Also made sure all services worked - voice, text and data.If I have problems in the future, I would not hesitate to go here again.

The agent didn’t seem very interested in helping more interested in upselling. The 2 stars come from the cleanliness of the store. They should train their staff to actually seem like they care about the customers actual concern and not getting that commission.

If you'd like to stand around for 20 minutes and literally not get anything done, and finally have to walk out because no one is paying attention to you, the one girl went into the back for the last 20 minutes, and the other guy has been on the phone with customer service who is just continually repeating himself, definitely go here!

Could not process a warranty exchange. Bought a phone there last year, it is still under warranty, and it needs to be exchanged because it is literally falling apart. This is a $1000 phone. They can not tell me when the system will be back up, just come back. Love burning gas...and I am only visiting my wife for Thanksgiving so I will be back in Texas. Horrible service provider at this location. We should have ever of switched from Verizon. 2 of the 3 people in the store where completely useless. At least one guy in there knows what is going on.

Worst phone store I've ever dealt with. Making an appointment is a joke. They also have the laziest staff who are clueless about their own products. They are NOTORIOUS for just closing when they feel like, and use the excuse that their hours are subject to change because of COVID, and staff shortage. I watched them close up right after lunch for THE WHOLE DAY and they had 3 people laughing and joking about how they still get paid while they "done" for the day. Another time I bumped into FED EX guy who had a package for them, he said they never are there and never pick up the packages or call for re-delivery. The glass wall of the store was COVERED IN post-it types notices of missed FED EX & UPS deliveries. If u want a job where u don't need to know anything about cell phones, can come and go as u please, and don't want to actually work...and be in the store while cocked in...this is the place to apply for a "job".

The girl manning the store was very helpful. T-mobile service in general is meh!
