DO NOT use Walgreens photo services. I uploaded photos online to be printed for a special Christmas gift. When I went to pick up they said “sorry, we ran out of paper”. When I asked if they notify people when they are unable to print their “ guaranteed same day delivery” photo prints they said NO. WTH???? Unfortunately I was out of time because I put my faith in their advertised service. Never again!!!!!!!!!

Walgreens at Warren and York Rds always has what I need and hires staff that are courteous, efficient, and friendly. Ordering online photos thru Google is a simple process and super affordable.

This was a good pharmacy until they hired the pharmacist named Jeffrey. There is something seriously wrong with this guy. He is angry all the time, rolls his eyes when he talks to you, is paranoid and is accusatory.I will be calling corporate about him because he is going to snap. This pharmacist never answers the phone. Carlos was the pharmacist and he was fabulous. Please replace this guy! It is a shame because the rest of the staff are delightful. It also appears that the general ambiance of the pharmacy is rude, gum chewing and humorless. I think the staff get their customer service clues from the pharmacist who has failed in that department

Pharmacist is absolutely awful. He is argumentative, not helpful, and rude. Lost my prescription for my depression, was quick to tell me my insurance doesn't cover it and I would need to pay out of pocket. After going back and forth he gave me one emergency pill that he threw in a pill bottle which his demeanor was extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. I call my insurance company today and they sure do cover early refills. I call the pharmacist back so I can get my prescription filled and he argues with me, laughs in my face, and said "he will try to call to verify" This is my depression medication. This is not something I can go without. Save your time and go somewhere else like I will be doing.

The Pharmacist, Jeff, was extremely helpful explaining to all that approached the counter about the Covid vaccine.

I was in the area and decided to get my covid vaccine because the store was empty. I walked to the back which is were the pharmacy is located to receive information. The one guy standing there, I had to ASK for assistance. I asked where the restroom was, to wash my hands. He point his finger in the direction of the restroom. When I got there, there was a code on the door. I went back to ask him what the code was, he turned his back to me. I see why this store was only given 2 stars. So, of course I didn't get the covid vaccine here

My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. No waiting and very professional. Fully vaccinated.

They did have what the website listed as available, but the price was almost twice as much as the price on the website and what other places charge. The cashier was very nice and helpful, but was coughing and seemed sick (during pandemic) and wiping her nose while ringing up my stuff.

Printed photos here twice. Both times they could not find my photos, then helped other customers before they finished helping me. Photos are poor in quality and grainy, even though I uploaded high res images. Will not ever order enlargements, just 4x6 when I'm in a hurry.

This Walgreen's location used to be awesome! Much better use of that spot than the mega Exxon station that was there before, they have a drive-thru, it's close to work, etc. Something has changed lately. The wait at the drive-thru has become almost laughable most of the time now....and there's not even any indication that they know you're there so you sit and wait....and wait...and wait. Then, when someone does appear, at least half the time now they're surly and impatient. My prescription needs are simple and I even have a credit card on file to speed up payment. So why in the **** does it take another 5 minutes after they've greeted you to process everything? I've given them plenty of leeway because their location is good, but I've finally had enough. Starting next month, I'm transferring all my recurring stuff over to somewhere else. So, if you don't mind waiting an inordinate amount of time to get help from someone who's as likely to there's be in a foul mood as not, go for it and good luck to you.

First let me say that there's no reason for any pharmacist to tell a patient that their prescription will be done in 45minutes. I'm a clinical pharmacist and I have worked in retail before-not once did I ever have to tell a patient that they had to wait more than 15-20 min on a busy day! This Walgreens is always slow and personally I wouldn't have come here but my doctor office is across from the pharmacy. There's plenty of people coming & going but my husband had to sit inside and wait for my rx since I can't walk after surgery. I can honestly say that I'm shocked that any pharmacy would make a patient wait for 45 min. Not acceptable!! I will not recommend this location nor return to it for any reason! Walgreens needs to get better staff & increase staff so patient wait time is not so long especially when it's flu season & pharmacist are expected to give vaccinations. Not possible here to get quality care! 2/5 only because I know that it's not the individual pharmacist fault but the company that is causing poor patient care!! 0/5 for Walgreens! Patient care is suffering which should be the main priority! Get the priorities straight-quality over quantity!!

Walgreens Pharmacy on York Road in Cockeysville is absolutely terrible! Highly advise not coming here. Always understaffed and most of the techs have no idea what’s going on. I’ve been here multiple times thinking it was just a busy day. I’ve watched multiple people walk out in anger. Everything from they can’t find scripts that were dropped off, were told waiting times were 40 minutes and have been waiting for 2 hours. I personally was told 40 minutes and it’s gone on now for over an hour. Lastly people that called in scripts in the morning are showing up and they are still not ready.
