Generally this location is decent. Pharmacy team is awesome and helpful! I am growing a little tired of the front/customer service team. Walked in to one associate sitting on the countertop and the other glaring and barely acknowledging me other than when I paid and to drone on through the usual “do you wanna donate to …” spiel. And that’s just tonight- many times it’s just an unhelpful crew discussing stocking and gossiping instead of focusing on customer service and the person directly in front of them. Perhaps I expect too much. Love the pharmacy!!

Scheduled a COVID shot here at the beginning of the week. They waited until the day of to call me and tell me they hadn't had any vaccines left for weeks

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They never have anything in stock no one answers the telephone (called 4 times over 30min) so had to drive there only to find out after 3 days my prescription wasn’t ready. 4 people standing around and they just let the phone ring and ring and ring. When i told them my experience they gave me attitude and zero apologies. Don’t even bother THEY DONT CARE.

Worst walgreens ever! I've been on hold for an hour for the pharmacy and my mother needs a really important prescription filled which the doctor has called in twice for her. I've tried calling to see if it's ready, my sister tried calling, and the doctor has even tried! Absolutely no one answers the phone. I then called the store manager to find out what's going on and all she does it put me back through to the pharmacy that's not answering!!! This store is a mess and very poorly managed!! I would definitely not recommend this store ever!!

I made a vaccine appointment 32 weeks pregnant for my TDAP vaccine and they sent multiple confirmations, even the day of and I get there and they tell me they have no vaccines. Drove 45 minutes for this appointment. Will never be back to this pharmacy. Super unprofessional.

I frequently get my prescriptions from here and have found the staff to be extremely helpful, Mike the pharmacist always answers my questions and advice and are great to work with.

EDITED: this store acknowledged the site sucks, and also had workers from different stores show up near lunch time. once the extra help arrived I was able to get through to someone and the travel workers assistance was much appreciated!
1 star simply because the pharmacy phone line is non existent here.
call 1 today: I need to update my insurance. this is a regular occurrence I never try to call normally bc I've experienced this 13+ times now;
call 1 today: 27 minutes 3x hold pls answer immediately back to hold music, proceeded by being hung up on.
call 2: same but took 39 min before hangup
call 3: 12 minutes 2 hold pleases then hangup
finally gave up and am calling corporate.

Thought I would leave a review while on hold. I need to speak to someone in the pharmacy. Been on hold so far for 25 plus minutes. They keep picking up the phone for a second and then putting me back on hold. Over and over and over again. They can't be that busy.

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy, and I'm sad to have to say it. I feel like they are understaffed. Recently called about a shipment from FedEx which is now using them as a 'hold for pick-up' location since FedEx can't seem to ever reach my home in time with Priority Overnight, perishable packages. I spoke to a very pleasant woman to confirm they could accept my package, which contained biological, very perishable and expensive goods, and she said yes. The package was turned away when it arrived there the next day without reason, and was no good by the time it make it back to FedEx. Now I'm out over $3,000 and FedEx won't pay the claim. I'm done with both companies!
