I made a vaccine appointment 32 weeks pregnant for my TDAP vaccine and they sent multiple confirmations, even the day of and I get there and they tell me they have no vaccines. Drove 45 minutes for this appointment. Will never be back to this pharmacy. Super unprofessional.

I frequently get my prescriptions from here and have found the staff to be extremely helpful, Mike the pharmacist always answers my questions and advice and are great to work with.

Thought I would leave a review while on hold. I need to speak to someone in the pharmacy. Been on hold so far for 25 plus minutes. They keep picking up the phone for a second and then putting me back on hold. Over and over and over again. They can't be that busy.

EDITED: this store acknowledged the site sucks, and also had workers from different stores show up near lunch time. once the extra help arrived I was able to get through to someone and the travel workers assistance was much appreciated!1 star simply because the pharmacy phone line is non existent here.call 1 today: I need to update my insurance. this is a regular occurrence I never try to call normally bc I've experienced this 13+ times now;call 1 today: 27 minutes 3x hold pls answer immediately back to hold music, proceeded by being hung up on.call 2: same but took 39 min before hangupcall 3: 12 minutes 2 hold pleases then hangupfinally gave up and am calling corporate.

Incredibly rude staff. You should be able to walk in during business hours and wait for a prescription.

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy, and I'm sad to have to say it. I feel like they are understaffed. Recently called about a shipment from FedEx which is now using them as a 'hold for pick-up' location since FedEx can't seem to ever reach my home in time with Priority Overnight, perishable packages. I spoke to a very pleasant woman to confirm they could accept my package, which contained biological, very perishable and expensive goods, and she said yes. The package was turned away when it arrived there the next day without reason, and was no good by the time it make it back to FedEx. Now I'm out over $3,000 and FedEx won't pay the claim. I'm done with both companies!

Pharmacy is horrible. Staff is rude and acts like they don't even want to be working there. I hate going to it. I call and I wait for hours sometimes and they will gang up on you. Never have my medicine in stock that I been taking for years and still have to call 3 days before my refill to make sure they have it within 3 days.Sick of this pharmacy.

So understaffed. Drive-through is never open. I can rarely get anyone to speak to on the phone. My monthly Rx was routinely out of stock and they wouldn’t notify me. The woman working there told me to try another pharmacy, so I took her up on it. I switched to the Wegmans up the street.

I called Monday about a prescription I needed by Thursday. I was told they didn’t have it but they would put it in a special order and it would be in Wednesday. Turns out it’s on back order til the end of the month and they can’t fulfill it. If I had known that Monday I would have started calling around earlier. Beyond frustrating and SO stressful.Also sat on hold for 20 minutes and got hung up on before talking to anyone.

Very bad and poor customer service Their online service is so bad and misleading when I call and order my prescription for a refill and tells me that it will be ready on this time and today, but when I call the pharmacy to ask if my prescription is ready, they say that they need a new prescription from my doctor and they cant tell me how long that will take and when I asked him how long it normally takes, she just hangs a phone on me without giving me any kind of information and reassurment that I will have my medication as soon as possible Very poor and bad customer The interaction between the agent and the patient is so bad and very confusing.

Asked a worker if they sold fresh cut flowers. She had a attitude and told me "no, this is a pharmacy" I informed her other pharmacys sell flowers. Even dollar general sells flowers. That's fine they don't sell them, but I didn't need the attitude about it.

I called in a prescription the day before I needed it, I’ve picked up this same prescription twice now and never had any problems. One of the pharmacist told me that they were having issues with filling prescriptions over the phone so mine was never called in. She sent me to a different location 3 miles away and told me they had the prescription I needed. I went and the pharmacist there said they should’ve called before I arrived because they didn’t have what I needed, and I wasted my time and gas. I went home and called the pharmacy at 1:00, was on hold for 30 minutes and as soon as it hit 1:30 (their break time) I was hung up on. Biggest waste of my time.

I have never had so many repeat interactions with a business be so bad. This is the most convenient pharmacy for my family, near work and childcare, and I have TRIED to make it work. But... but. They are so rude. No one can be bothered to walk over or speak to you from the back. They have repeatedly hung up the phone after I've been on hold for 20 or 30+ minutes. Just pick it up, talk to someone else in the background, then slam down the receiver without speaking. Also, they have a "please don't be rude" sign at the counter, when I finally went in. There's a spelling error. I mentioned that, and the reply was, "Well I didn't type it." I see why they need the sign. Maybe they should try reading it, too. It's easily the most convenient place, but I'll happily go out of my way to avoid ever speaking to anyone in that building again. The pharmacist at Wegmans is DELIGHTFUL, in case anyone else is looking to switch.
