Lazy staff, full of bad excuses, who couldn't care less that they are dealing with very serious issues that effect/save peoples lives. But, what do you expect from Walmart. Still better then the Tagert pharmacy.

The person who answered the phone could not find my Rx. I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Go elsewhere.

I called the store to check on my mothers prescription. A automated voice directed me to the pharmacy by pressing the appropriate number. I pressed the appropriate number as prompted. I use my cell phone to document calls that I make. The phone rang the pharmacy continuously without letup.....no answer even with recalling the store several times. I proceeded to recall the store and press the number prompt for other departments . The results was the same for other departments, no answer period. Again, I called approximately 2 days later....the same results. How can you run a business when customers are unable to contact personnel to handle necessary business. So it seems that the only way to contact the store is to go in person. Why do that when there are other businesses that will pick up the phone to address a customers concerns. At this point in time Walgreens, CVS and Target seem a better choice in a pharmacy, at least they answer the phone. So at this writing Walmart deserves a 1 star.

Laura - That's all I've got to say. I've had issues for 2 years getting my son's medication filled properly and timely, from so many different pharmacies, including other Walmart locations. Laura is just one of those people that go above and beyond. Bottom line - I need someone who knows the drugs, the ordering windows, the insurance vs. GoodRx pricing options - and who, if they don't know, is willing to find out! Laura has impressed me so much and taken such a burden off my shoulders. I will wait in the lines when they are there - and I will not be frustrated - because I know our meds. will be right and will be timely! Thank you Laura!

Understaffed, expect long waits and imcomplete orders. Staff is courteous, just probably overworked. What do you expect from walmart

If I could give 0 stars I would they are a bunch of slow idiots who do not know how to greet and help people in a timely fashion . This is my first and will be my last experience with this pharmacy!!!!
